I love working with people going through life transitions & especially college students. Over the years, the pressure that students face during their college experiences has been tremendous & often find themselves struggling with perfectionism, feelings of being overwhelmed, not being good enough, bouts of depression &/or anxiety & a host of other problems. Navigating relationships whether with peers, professors, romantic or coworkers can become stressful often leading to not knowing where to turn or what resources are available. I want to walk alongside you & support you during this season of your life so you can move on to the next one! By Appointment Only!
* ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Over the course of our lives, we experience life changes and unexpected events. Therapy is a place where one can process and adjust to these transitions and events. Through my education and experience, I have learned how to help clients work through these changes. Therapy will not only help one learn skills during this time of adjustment, but it will also help one learn how they can utilize these skills and strengths when they need them in the future. Over the past few years, through practicums and work experience, I have learned how to help clients across many populations adjust to life's changes. Please call or email with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you and how we can work together to help you move forward.

Dave Kyrie has dedicated his career to the service of others. With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. He has seen how the challenges and tragedies of life can affect people, and his dedication to help others to recover in a hospital changed to a passion to collaborate with patients to improve the quality of their life. This passion led him to pursue education as a PMHNP where he focused primarily on adult and adolescent mood disorders, traumatic response, and recovery from substance use disorders. Dave believes that all individuals have inherent value and are deserving of help and opportunities to improve their life. Dave works collaboratively with adults and adolescents, aged 12 years and up who experience symptoms such as depression, anxiety, mood swings, difficulty with sleep, substance use disorders, and other behavior disruptions.

I work best with students seeking to understand the deeper sources of their issues. Many students experience anxiety and depression especially when first entering college. This can be very difficult and disruptive personally, socially and academically. Often there are feelings of deep sadness, uncertainty, fear, loneliness, shame and anger. There is a way through this difficult time and I would be very interested to work it through with you.

Welcome! My name is Kasey Wiggam and I'm an LCSW operating in-person on Indy's North-Side & virtually to all of IN and FL. My goal is to assist teens, young adults, women, and the LGBTQ+ community in pursuing self-healing. I want to support you in building healthier relationships, finding school-life balance, and working through whatever struggles brought you to this point! We will work together to get you to a place where you are able to recognize and cope with the burdens of anxiety, life transitions, depression, burnout, relationships, self-harm/suicidal ideation and the long term effects of trauma and sexual assault. Every client is unique and deserves a tailored approach to reflect that! I combine various therapy modalities such as brainspotting, trauma-focused CBT, relational therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and attachment styles to suit your needs and journey. I live for seeing others work through what's been holding them back. I enjoy helping people bring change to what they're most ashamed of or scared to work through. I have a knack for genuinely connecting with those that I work with, so it feels like you are talking to a real person, who not only "gets" you – but who truly sees you. Reach out today!

My ideal client is a person who is struggling with anxiety, depression, a life transition or who has trouble identifying feelings. They feel these difficulties hold them back from the life they want, and are brave enough to begin a journey of transformation. My primary approach is experiential in nature, which means I work in the here-and-now with you. My approach is also informed by psychodynamic therapy, which explores how the past impacts your present life. Feel free to learn more at ericbryanlmhc.com. Welcome. I’m K. Hilary Curtis-Long, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in trauma informed and systems-oriented care. My work is grounded in the belief that distress is not a personal failing, but a meaningful response to lived experience—often shaped by relational wounds, cultural narratives, and environments that ask too much of the nervous system. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen carefully, and make sense of what your symptoms have been trying to communicate. My clinical background includes training in attachment theory, trauma therapy, Jungian and narrative approaches, feminist theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a strong emphasis on somatic and mindfulness-based practices. I work with individuals navigating religious trauma, sexuality and identity, attachment wounds, shame, relational harm, and the lingering impacts of early experiences. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by urgency, responsibility, or the pressure to remain functional in systems that feel misaligned with their values. In our work together, we attend to the interconnection between mind, body, and story—exploring how inherited beliefs, early relationships, and social systems have shaped your sense of self, worth, and belonging. Rather than rushing toward solutions, therapy becomes a place to metabolize grief, loosen shame, and reclaim creativity, agency, and meaning at a pace that feels sustainable. Symptoms are approached with curiosity and respect, allowing self- compassion to replace self-blame over time.
