Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Medway, MA

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, welcoming, safe space where you can explore the areas in which you feel stuck, anxious or overwhelmed. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that serve you, as well as identify those that don’t. We can identify new options and help you make more empowered choices. Reaching out for help is a courageous act. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be your witness and to walk beside you as you begin your healing journey. When we feel safe enough to feel our feelings, we can begin to move through them, towards healing. I invite you to contact me for a free 15 minute consult to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Philadelphia, PA

Hi! I'm Yasmine. I work clinically with adolescents, teenagers, and young adults grappling with issues ranging from anxiety to trauma to cultural identity shifts. Therapy creates a space to better understand ourselves and the way our past impacts our present. In sessions, I work with clients to uncover patterns that contribute to an overall feeling of dissatisfaction in life. This provides the roadmap to help clients build a life that feels full, joyful, and meaningful. Clients tell me that I am warm, non-judgemental, and bring a welcome sense of humor into sessions. Therapy can be hard work. But it is work that I love doing and something that I take very seriously. My practice is informed by my interest in psychology, sociology, anthropology, and feminist studies. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Brown University and my Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. In the past decade, I have lived in Senegal, Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Lebanon, and I bring a multicultural perspective into the therapeutic space.

I see undergraduate students from MIT to Worcester State, as well as high school students. I can say with complete honesty that I love my work and feel blessed to be of service to those willing to share their lives and collaborate to find the life they need. Welcome to Clearview Horizons! We are an OCD/anxiety group specialty practice. There are many ways that anxiety shows up for people. The following are some common examples: perfectionism, social anxiety, body dysmorphia, health anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, trichotillomania, and hoarding. Exposure and ritual prevention is an integral aspect of our therapy. Exposures help clients change their relationship with OCD/anxiety from a fear-based perspective to a place of positive change and empowerment. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) complement the Exposure work. We offer individual therapy and also have a biweekly Adult OCD Support Group. If you have any questions and/or if you are interested in starting therapy, please contact Kim Leonte, the Director of Clearview Horizons, at: kimberly.glazier.leonte@cvhorizons.com

Photo of Kade Forth
Kade Forth
Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Westerville, OH

Hi! I'm Kade- a queer, nonbinary therapist that got bored of doing traditional therapy. Now, I work with clients in the outdoors (think: walk and talk therapy, or hanging out by a creek, or making nature art) or offer to bring in art and nature into our office or virtual sessions. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ clients as well as those figuring out life after leaving or reconsidering religion. Many of my other clients are navigating life changes that feel chaotic or are just trying to give therapy "another shot". My ultimate goal for my clients is for them to get the support they're needing. So, I'll invite you to check in about what's working or not, and will work to co-create an approach to therapy based on your own needs. Therapy should never be a "one size fits all" kind of thing.
