Susan Morton
My speciality is working with clients who are feeling stressed out and overwhelmed due to anxiety, feeling burnt out, or both. I support people in learning how to take charge of their anxiety by better understanding the physical and cognitive aspects of anxiety and developing a wide array of coping skills.
Managing stress and anxiety is also about learning to set boundaries for yourself and others.
I also help people with anxiety-based disorders such as OCD and social anxiety. I also help clients recovery from narcissistic/toxic abuse.
My practice is a holistic approach which focuses on my clients' strengths and how to use them to their advantage in managing their mental health.
