Elizabeth Meyer Counseling
My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, welcoming, safe space where you can explore the areas in which you feel stuck, anxious or overwhelmed. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that serve you, as well as identify those that don’t. We can identify new options and help you make more empowered choices.
Reaching out for help is a courageous act. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be your witness and to walk beside you as you begin your healing journey. When we feel safe enough to feel our feelings, we can begin to move through them, towards healing.
I invite you to contact me for a free 15 minute consult to see if we are a good fit to work together.
