Mental Health. Care. Together. Are you looking to find a mental health provider that listens to you in a way that makes you feel seen? Who helps you unravel the mystery behind your concerns you've never been able to verbalize? Who hears what you say to reflect a treatment and create a space for you to heal, feel safe, and grow into the person you’ve always wished to be? Who sees your lived experience as invaluable as their own, but also brings their domestically and internationally recognized expertise and insight in mental health care? Who brings over a decade of combined counseling, research, and lived experience understanding the unique stressors of college and graduate school? If so, Solidarity Mental Health LLC is for you. My therapeutic treatments are adapted to each individual patient, as no two people are the same. I integrate my academic and mental health training from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, and the University of Southern California, my mental health work globally including Boston, Peru, Japan, Switzerland, and the Kingdom of Lesotho, my experience as a first-generation immigrant, first in my family to go to college and graduate school, treating refugees throughout the U.S., and working, navigating, coping, and thriving in some of the most difficult academic environments in the world. What results are a balanced, person-centered and empathy driven treatment based on unique insights from a 16+ year mental health career treating a mosaic of individuals from 15+ countries globally and diverse urban and rural areas throughout the United States. I have unique insights on not only how you as a college or graduate student can survive and thrive in your current environment, but also how transition to your ideal next step and self after graduation. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner providing individual psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management to adults age 18+ in Massachusetts via telehealth, and offer a FREE 10-minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I accept patients of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds, and have expertise treating BIPOC communities. I am a LGBTQIA affirming provider. I am out-of-network with insurance companies, but happy to provide paperwork for reimbursement to you to submit. I do not prescribe controlled substances. I currently act as Senior Clinical Lead, Mental Health for Project HOME and advisor to the American Psychological Association on BIPOC mental health. Your story and struggles are ones I can connect directly to my professional experiences and background. Most importantly, the path forward to heal and grow is a familiar place I've helped innumerable people discover and reach before. Feel free to email me at sdaimyo@solidaritymh.com with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
**Some schools such as a nationally renowned women's University in the Newton-Wellesley area have encouraged me to become in-network with BCBS PPO, but after checking it out, such students (from similar schools/insurances) pay ONLY $10-20/visit out of pocket MORE than in-network providers!! I fully encourage you to look around to see who else is out there; I believe my greatest strengths = excellent communication, including promptness of responses to concerns, humor, empathy, and a willingness to hear your narrative, attentive yet free of judgment… Check out my reviews at: https://g.page/r/CfP5EFngyBa_EBE Ask your school/insurance or contact my office for additional information regarding reimbursement! ******** Hello, I am Dr. Ronald T Lee, MD, a psychiatrist certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, here to serve your psychiatric needs from the comfort of your home/dormitory, or wherever need be, only limited by technology, not location. As a psychopharmacologist and psychotherapist serving the psychiatric needs of residents throughout all of MA virtually via Telehealth, I would love the opportunity to help you become the best version of yourself by servicing your mental health wellness needs. Problems, conflicts, and stage of life are all quite unique in the college/graduate student experience, unlike any other period of your life. I have been there, myself, at the University of Michigan, Georgetown University, with post graduate training at Harvard University and the University of Connecticut: each of those institutions had their share of academic and personal challenges that, while difficult, would ultimately play a force in shaping me to become the physician and person I am today. Social anxiety and dealing with academic pressures that felt overwhelming, were experiences I can certainly relate to, firsthand. If anything, I wish mental health was not so stigmatized back then, while lamenting, that they still do, not to a degree. At times, especially early in my higher education experience, I did not know or was too embarrassed to ask if there were resources I could turn to. In hindsight, it would have been extremely helpful to have resources that could have helped me understand that those feelings of disorientation and sense of being rudderless in a confusing world, at an especially stressful time, were more typical than I imagined, and manageable with the right resources. It would have been helpful for me to know that I was not alone, with someone guiding me in a nonjudgmental fashion. I would like to be one of those encouraging voices for you, if you will allow me. I suppose what also largely differentiates me from others on this site, would be my ability to prescribe medications, only if needed. I did take an unusual route, changing majors, to eventually attend medical school, in Philadelphia, to obtain my MD, which I am proud of, and allows me to treat students from multiple angles of psychotherapy and/or pharmaco-management (medications)--and I might also have experiences of my own to share for any pre-meds out there really feeling the pressure. Feeling social anxiety, heightened by COVID? I may have been there, in a few different iterations, with some tips, in hindsight. Procrastinating finally catching up to you when it counts? I will plead the fifth amendment to that, ha ha 😁 If this resonates with you, you are seeking treatment as soon as possible, or have tried another provider that has not met your needs, please give my website a look. Consider whether we might be a good mutual fit to help you achieve your best quality of life, during this critical juncture of transition to adulthood. Let's see what we can do together and get started!
I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process memories, thoughts and feelings. There are long, lost fears and often past traumas at play in all of us. Some surface, wreaking havoc with our lives. They can appear as grief, depression, anxiety or crisis. Others remain dormant and can surface at all the wrong times. You may appear successful, but despite your accomplishments, you are not happy or it seems like others are happier than you. Your personal relationships are not satisfying in the way you expect. Why is happiness still elusive? We can dislodge what is blocking your best life and guide you to a healthier self. We will guide you to new understandings, new behaviors and new ways of being that will lead you to a happier self. You can reduce the anxiety and depression. You can disarm the trauma and grief that has made the days so uncomfortable. I provide a safe, empathetic environment for change. Call to book an appointment or consultation.

My approach is rooted in collaboration and compassion -I meet you where you are, honoring your unique story and lived experiences. I provide individual therapy for adults(18+) navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. If you're ready to explore what growth can look like, I'm here to help you take that step.
I work from a compassionate, whole person approach where trust and safety allow for awareness and growth. I work with adults at all stages of life, with a particular fondness for emerging young adulthood. My typical client may be experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, grief and trauma. I would like to support you on your therapeutic journey and in my experience, a good relationship and rapport are the most important ingredients for successful therapy.
Hello! I am currently accepting new patients. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Colorado. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options. This is a judgement free zone. There is no way you can TMI me! My primary role in our sessions is diagnosis, evaluation and medication management. The role I have in therapy is very small. Most clients are already in therapy or have been referred by therapists to me. All sessions are conducted by tele-medicine. **Offering flexible hours, evening appointments available, also some weekends. **

I am a comprehensive, seasoned therapist. I work with all issues, big or small. With me, you could: fix or resolve issues, reduce stress, get clarity, learn to regulate emotions, sort through life plans, heal emotional wounds, eliminate symptoms, discuss root issues, unpack deep truths, explore existential meaning, or get support. You will discover why things are how they are, and how to change. You will obtain tools and methods for implementing changes, while decreasing barriers to change. Whatever your reasons are for therapy, my goal is to help you so you can experience a more enjoyable life. I specialize in finding frustrating stuck places, including areas of ambivalence, ruminations, and spiral thinking, and give people the tools/methods for change. I use techniques from many sources. With 15 years of practice, I am confident you'll obtain the results you want and need. I am straightforward and real with people, with a warm, caring edge. I provide a supportive, nurturing, nonjudgmental presence using proven treatment modalities. I've also experienced significant trauma and other difficulties, and I know what it takes to get back your life. Note: no AI is used in this therapy practice, nor will it ever be.

Hi, I’m Naomi, a licensed mental health clinician providing virtual therapy for college students across Massachusetts. College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, and challenges that are difficult to manage alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, therapy can offer a space to pause, feel understood, and find your footing again. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing while developing practical tools for navigating college and everyday life. I work with students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and expressive approaches. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, confidence, and coping skills that feel realistic for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just have to be willing to take the first step.
Thank you so much for taking a look at my profile. I have been in private practice since 2011 and prior to that primarily worked in university counseling centers with both college age clients as well as older adults. While I use cognitive behavioral treatment strategies to help clients manage what brings them into treatment, I also find that it can be helpful to explore where certain thoughts or feelings come from to create a deeper understanding and hopefully ultimately minimize unwanted feelings or symptoms. I provide a free 5-10 minute initial consultation over the phone to make sure this seems like a good match and our schedules align. Please feel free to reach out by phone or email, with email being checked more regularly. I look forward to working with you!
