Hello! I have worked as an individual therapist for 7 years and I am excited to be adding more practice hours to my North Shore schedule. I have a lot of experience working with young adults during life transitions; helping people to find strength as they move with intention through uncertainty. If you do not feel like yourself, and something is getting in the way of living out your full potential; you are not alone. Recognizing a desire for something different is a great place to start, and searching for a therapist to support you on your journey is a brave next step! It takes time, attention, energy, and strategies to improve the way we live, feel, and connect with others and it absolutely can be done. I offer a non-judgmental supportive environment where you can develop a better understanding of your unique emotional experience. Together we will find ways to create meaningful and sustainable positive change in your life. I am happy to offer a free 15 minutes phone consultation to better understand your needs and explain the services I can offer. Simply let me know your contact number and I will reach out to set up a time for our call. I am able to offer telehealth/video sessions at this time as well. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, I’m Molly Johnson and I’m a licensed therapist in both Massachusetts and Minnesota. I’m passionate about helping people heal, deepen their insight, and become more skillful in how they live their life. While I previously offered in-person therapy, I now work exclusively through virtual sessions. Many clients begin with some hesitation, but soon find that virtual therapy feels just as connected and supportive as being in the room together. My therapeutic approach draws from DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices, but at the heart of my work is a genuine listening ear, attentive presence and someone who is cheering you on!

I enjoy working with adults of all ages with any number of concerns or challenges getting in the way of how they wish to live their lives including anxiety, depression, trauma, major life adjustments or transitions, loss, and substance use. My approach to therapy is down to earth and collaborative. I begin by first aligning with you on your goals and supporting with CBT and DBT therapies. I am also experienced in working with individuals who struggle with substance use and/or are working towards recovery. I believe it is important to have a safe space to process your thoughts and feelings with someone you trust. I enjoy partnering with people to build a therapeutic relationship as they work to reduce the barriers to living the life they want. I approach sessions without judgement and tend to be interactive and compassionate in nature. I like to begin with a brief consultation to be sure we both feel we are a good fit - so please feel free to reach out.

Hello and welcome! I am a clinical psychologist, and outside of my private practice, I am also on faculty at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for OCD, anxiety, and related disorders. Anxiety and fear can limit our lives in a number of ways, leading us to withdraw from people and activities we care about. I use cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), the gold standard treatment for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders, to help you develop the skills necessary to cope with your symptoms and build a life worth living. I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in CBT and exposure therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders (e.g., agoraphobia, panic, phobias, generalized anxiety). I also treat hair-pulling, skin-picking, depression, and perfectionism, and provide skills to help regulate difficult emotions. Please don't hesitate to reach out for a consultation!

Welcome! I offer virtual appointments, have weekday availability, and am licensed in MA, RI & VT. For all the reasons you are seeking counseling, I admire that you are here. It can feel overwhelming beginning therapy and choosing a therapist. Finding the right fit is at the root of the journey and I hope we will be a good fit for one another. Therapy is an opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we work through various life experiences, including loss, trauma, transitions, and yes, the exciting, new possibilities! I've worked in a variety of settings including community health organizations, private practice, schools, and hospitals. I bring compassion, empathy, and humor to my work. I work from an antiracist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I value creating a safe, supportive, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment to explore those parts of you that are most in need. It really is ok to not feel ok. We will figure it out together, you are not alone in this journey. College and graduate life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and high pressure. I work with students navigating stress, anxiety, identity shifts, relationships, and the uncertainty of what comes next. My approach is active and collaborative-we focus on understanding patterns that keep you stuck while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, focused, and confident in your day to day life. I draw from mindfulness, mind-body awareness, CBT, DBT, IFS, and integrative therapy. I also provide preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences within a therapeutic framework. Having lived in diverse parts of the world, I understand challenges around identity, transition, and belonging, and support students working through these experiences. I offer telehealth sessions, so you can access support from wherever you are. Looking forward to working with you!

Through my own lived experience, I can deeply resonate with the realities my Millennial and Gen Z clients face. Dating, social media, politics, finances, and demands from school or work can be so daunting. My main priority as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental, engaging, and approachable environment where you feel empowered to navigate these challenges together. Just having one of those days where you need to vent about your mom, partner, or roommate? There’s plenty of space for that too. While I pull from many approaches in my work, I especially enjoy utilizing skills-based therapies like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). These can address concerns like anxiety, stress, interpersonal conflict, sleep, and more. My goal is that you leave each and every session feeling more ready to take on what life is throwing your way. If you’re looking to gain control amidst our out-of-control world, I’d love to connect with you. Please don’t hesitate in reaching out for a free 15-minute consultation.

My clients are aware that something is not working and are motivated for change, even if they're not sure where exactly that change starts. My clients are often very conscious of the systemic stressors that make their lives more difficult, and come to me looking for support as they navigate challenges and imagine their futures. I specialize in identity exploration, trauma-focused practice, and LGBTQIA+ mental health. I use a blend of talk therapy and drama therapy to engage my clients in reflection on their present challenges from an embodied perspective, and provide a fuller understanding of how their past shows up in their present. I bring myself into my work, and hope to challenge the old idea that therapists inherently know more than their clients. You are the expert of your own life, and I would feel honored to be invited into your world. If you are interested in learning more about how I could support you, please be in touch.

Grounded and raised in a Chinese immigrant and Vietnamese refugee family, my roots and experiences have amplified my passion to shatter taboos in the AAPI community. I am committed to raising awareness and access to spaces of healing to communities of color. I will offer you a culturally-responsive, collaborative space to share your story. I aim to apply an anti-oppressive framework at the heart of my practice; and care deeply about the impact of intergenerational and race-based trauma. I value authenticity, transparency, and humor in our journey! The complexities of juggling responsibilities as a student, employee, caregiver, etc., can be super exhausting and I'm here to tell you that I see you! You are more than just a person embedded in an institution and your emotionality should be heard and cared for.
