Therapy can be a space to explore feelings that have been hard to express, step out of patterns that no longer serve you, and build stronger connections with yourself and others. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and stress related to identity, self-worth, or major life changes. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care, focusing on your lived experience and growth. My work is trauma-responsive and rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we collaborate to understand patterns, build insight, and develop skills that support meaningful change. I draw from modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and relational methods, tailoring strategies to each person’s needs and goals. I understand that feeling supported in therapy begins with patience, respect, and genuine presence. The therapeutic relationship matters, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward clarity, balance, and forward movement. If you are seeking a therapist who values collaboration, curiosity, and human connection, I welcome you to reach out.

I center my work on supporting LGBTQIA+ students navigating identity concerns related to gender and race. Using DBT, ERP, and solution-focused approaches, I also help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I understand how substance use, relationship challenges, and emotion-regulation struggles can intersect with marginalized identities and amplify feelings of not belonging. My goal is to offer a warm, affirming space where you can bring your full self, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. My clinical work is grounded in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I provide ongoing individual psychotherapy for adults, with a particular interest in working with college, graduate, and professional students who are interested in understanding themselves more deeply and exploring the ways that relationships, identity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and academic or professional pressures affect their psychological functioning. I believe longer-term psychotherapy can be particularly valuable for students whose concerns may not be adequately addressed through brief or symptom-focused treatment alone. My aim is to provide a space where students can address immediate difficulties while also developing a greater understanding of the patterns, conflicts, and relationships that contribute to those difficulties.
