I founded Keshet Counseling to support individuals who often feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapy spaces. My work is especially meaningful to those navigating the complexities of chronic illness, such as Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, MCAS, and other invisible disabilities, as well as those facing antisemitism or discrimination for not aligning with political or institutional expectations. I also work closely with teens and adults dealing with antisemitism, narcissistic abuse, multicultural identity issues, codependency, love addiction, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. My approach is rooted in body centered somatic psychology using mindfulness. We’ll explore unconscious beliefs and patterns shaping your experience by noticing whats happening for you in this moment. I hold a humanistic view of healing: I believe you are already whole, worthy, and deeply capable of transformation. My role is to help reconnect you to your own inner knowing, and I view our relationship as a collaborative space where your voice and wisdom lead the way. I don’t believe there’s something wrong with you, rather, what happened to you.

I believe that in order to truly be able to help my clients I must always present as my authentic self. What that means is that you can expect me to share my honest thoughts and opinions, to be direct & concise, to incorporate humor as often as possible, and I won’t shy away from discomfort or conflict. While at the same time balancing that by providing you with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and support. I 100% believe that in order for therapy to be effective the client-therapist relationship must be genuine and both parties must carry mutual respect and trust for each other. This is something I strive to create and build-up starting from our first several interactions; as well as something I work hard to maintain up until our very last session. I am trauma informed therapist that specializes in working with professionals in the helping field (ie. first responders, educators, nurses, therapists, etc), with parents and children with behavioral issues, and have extensive experience working with BIPOC, immigrants, and AAPI communities. In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you in and get clear on what you want to walk away with — so we're aligned on what this space is for and what my role will be. Together we'll build a plan with intention and direction, not open-ended sessions that drift. Over time, the goal isn't just to feel less anxious or triggered. It's to trust yourself again, hold your story with compassion, and move through the world without needing to translate yourself.

Welcome to Greever Counseling! It has always been a deep conviction of ours that each and every person has immense value, meaning, and potential. Sometimes, life has a way of beating us down, until we no longer can see this within ourselves. Sometimes, we have been so hurt that we hide, avoid, lose hope, or give up…Sometimes, we run to coping patterns that ultimately leave us even more disconnected and isolated from ourselves and others. It is within this space where we want to welcome you. You don’t have to be perfect here. Often, it is within the context of brokenness where beauty and growth can occur. We take this work as a sacred opportunity to meet you, exactly as you are, and to help you find your path towards freedom and healing. It’s not an easy journey, but it is so worth it. Greever Counseling specializes in PTSD (trauma), Anxiety, Sex or Porn Addiction, Intimacy Issues, Couples Work, and Men’s Issues. If you are a psychological theory nerd (as we are), we operate from an integrative viewpoint which includes Relational Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Neurobiology, as well as processing tools within Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and Mindfulness. Ultimately, we believe that the starting point for healing is found within the context of a deeply authentic and relational encounter with another.

I believe that with the right support we can make small intentional changes to create a satisfying life. I am committed to helping clients feel understood and respected. I help clients identify strategies to alleviate symptoms, modify problematic patterns, and develop effective coping skills. I provide compassionate care and tailor empirically supported treatments. I primarily utilize mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapies and strategies informed by dialectical behavior therapy. These therapies provide symptom alleviation, are well established treatments, and have long term benefits. I have experience and success treating anxiety disorders, unipolar and bipolar depression, self-harm behaviors, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, grief, and difficulties associated with navigating transitions. Lastly, I conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and complex mental health disorders. My priority is to provide tailored and effective services in a nurturing and supportive space. Contact me today to learn more about services and how we can work together to support your goals.

Welcome! Many women in college come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure, often caught in patterns they’re ready to change. You might be navigating college adjustments, emotional stress, social or relationship challenges, trauma or loss, attachment patterns, self-discovery, spirituality, self-esteem or belonging, women’s issues, or major life transitions. Life brings both pain and beauty, and reaching out for support takes courage. My work offers a warm, holistic, and collaborative space to explore these experiences with care, creativity, and solution-focused guidance. Somatic psychotherapy with me provides a space to breathe, slow down, and connect with your inner life and wisdom. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Dance/Movement Therapy, I integrate body awareness, nervous system and parts work, creative expression, and practical tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. Healing often begins in small moments of being truly met. I believe it unfolds through authentic, non-judgmental connection, where curiosity, attunement, and care create space to rediscover who you are. I offer a warm, supportive presence that nurtures resilience, clarity, self-trust, joy, and a deepening sense of belonging within yourself. Email me to schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

College can bring a lot: new freedom, pressure to succeed, and the stress of figuring out who you are and where you are headed. Many of the students I work with feel weighed down by anxiety, burnout, overthinking, imposter syndrome, or the pressure to be perfect. Others are coping with ADHD, past/current trauma, anxiety and social anxiety or just the everyday stress of classes, relationships, and big transitions. With 12 years of experience working in university counseling centers, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges of college and graduate students' lives. In our work together, you will find a supportive space to talk honestly about what is on your mind, learn coping tools to manage stress, and feel more grounded and confident. My goal is to help you feel less alone and more able to handle the challenges of college life.

College can intensify pressure to succeed, make the “right” choices, and hold it all together, often alongside anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, relationship issues, or concerns about food, body image, or control. I work with college students and young adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves on the inside. Together, we slow things down, identify patterns that keep you stuck, and build insight and skills that support real, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and tailored to you as a whole person, not a set of symptoms. I hold the CEDS-C credential, the highest certification in eating disorder treatment, and support students whose anxiety or perfectionism shows up around food, body image, or self-worth. Therapy can be a space to pause, feel understood, and reconnect with what matters most, without having to pretend you’re fine or push through alone.

Feeling like a shadow of your former self. Just going through the motions. All this pretending, performing—it’s exhausting. You’ve become a master at molding yourself to fit others’ expectations of you. And just to keep the peace. And social media is messing with your mental health. Every scroll through Instagram feels like being bombarded by a barrage of perfect lives. You can’t help but compare, feeling like you’re coming up short. And so you dive deeper into the people-pleasing game, losing yourself in the process, just craving some validation. How do you even begin to claw your way out of this hot mess express? You’re not wrong, change isn’t always crystal clear. But hand me that brain teaser. Before you know it, you’re on a clear path to your goals. Fast forward, you’ve ditched the stuff holding you back from happiness. You even love your messy, imperfect parts. Now, you’re fully embracing the real, confident you. Ditching anything that chips away at your self-worth. Nodding along? I’ve got you covered. Combining your drive for change with EMDR therapy is sure to bring incredible results. Think of EMDR as a train ride through your past, leaving issues behind as you move forward. It’s time to unlock your true potential. I’m here for you every step of the way. Ready to chat? Hi there, my name is Dylan Warnari (he/him) I am looking to work with young adults as I find it can be an equally challenging and exciting time for people. There's a lot to consider from school motivation, setting oneself up for a career, and navigating peers/teachers and the college system broadly. Additionally, it can be a time where you're exploring new identities, meeting new people, navigating roommate situations, finding important relationships, and sometimes managing the ups and downs of newfound freedom from parental overhead. My hope is to be a support in helping you explore your options and find those that most align with your values and goals. I have a pretty extensive background in education (can see my website if interested) that has shaped my view that for some, dropping out, and finding a way to do that despite outside pressures, can also be valuable and I can support in that transition as well. Of course, I am open to discussing concerns beyond what's mentioned here including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, coping skills, and identity. I also bring a focus on emotional self- and co-regulation to session. Some additional detail highlights (1) My availability is mostly between 9:30-3:30 Mon - Fri, but if you have additional preferences I may be available, (2) I offer and prefer in-person off I225 and Iliff, but may be open to virtual, (3) 18+ and willing to work with all genders (4) I accept insurance (Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare) and also private pay at $150 a session with sliding scale pricing available.

I am a believer that we are all interconnected. Our relationships matter most to our wellbeing. And while we are living in a time where we are easily able to connect with one another, we have also never been so isolated and alone. The messages we receive from our greater systems often are at odds with what I know contribute to our wellbeing. Because of that we can often feel stuck, less than, or constantly hustling for “that thing.” We can end up chasing the wrong thing and find ourselves perpetually behind or inadequate. Our culture often places so much emphasis on outcomes, appearance, and external or material things. I sincerely believe that they are often at the root of our unhappiness. We often are doing the thing we think will help us but it ultimately harms us! We are doing it wrong. Together we will explore the often painful and uncomfortable spaces within and work from an Inside-Out approach. In doing so, we find that the storms tend to be more universal, we see our common humanity, we develop more self compassion and compassion and empathy for others. When we are our authentic selves, we become more free and our sessions will include plenty of laughing even as we dive into the parts that feel hard. We were never meant to do this life alone. And yet – so many of us are often sold on false narratives that “it’s just you” or have been invalidated, shamed, or traumatized by oppressive systems on the larger scale or within our own homes. My pride in the work is to help you become your best self, the one who is not merely living, but the one who is truly alive. Feeling it all, skin in the game, open to heartbreak, receptive to joy. Facing our pain is not easy (I know this well!). But I know deeply that when we do the right kind of hard, our efforts are fruitful beyond measure. Let’s face this together.
