I am honored to work with people feeling heartache inside the constraints of our modern world. Through conditioning + relational wounding, we temporarily lose touch with the deep, innate wisdom of our souls + bodies. Life can feel chaotic and daunting - we question ourselves and even feel dead inside. If you long to experience belonging as your true self, I’m here to shepherd you back to safety in relationship with yourself, your body and others. I was brought to this sacred work through my personal experience of rising above trauma. I’m devoted to guiding others out of the depths of struggle and into fulfillment and connection. What is needed is a safe space, a compassionate guide, and supportive tools to help us reintegrate all of our parts. With a capacity to listen deeply and a keen understanding of the complex layers of the human experience, I help my clients re-weave a life of self-worth, integrity and love. I champion your unique expression and full aliveness. I have clinical expertise working with complex trauma. I am committed to a healing path that is somatically rooted. I also weave in elements of relationship with the earth, ritual and the energetic body. I offer virtual sessions as well as in-person nature-based sessions in Boulder County, CO with the assistance of my trusted labradoodle, Bodhi.

Feeling like it's all just too much? Racing thoughts and constant worries that you just can't seem to stop? You feel restless, tired and anxious. Your partner doesn't seem to understand you. You have tried self-help books, groups or apps, but none of these are helping you to get where you want to be. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. I am Katrin Segeletz. As an LPC in Colorado specializing in ADHD and Anxiety, I work with high-functioning women who have mastered the art of holding everything together, but at the expense of their own well-being. I've got you! Together, we'll create practical tools, strategies and systems tailored to your specific needs, aspirations and capacity. After working with me, clients don't just manage their symptoms better - they relate to themselves differently! Instead of feeling "broken" they experience a growing sense of self-trust, clarity and internal calm. In our sessions we do more than just talk, we get results. But this is not another place to perform, it's a place where you can be yourself. Whether we are crying through the hard moments or laughing through your successes, I will be by your side. Let's find your way back to joy. Reach out for a free consultation today.

I'm an experienced trauma and grief therapist, counseling people facing very painful situations and emotions. Students, faculty and staff come in with post traumatic stress, de-motivation, relationships falling apart, trouble with dysfunctional families/groups, depression, anxiety, grief, losses, disaster. What about you? What brings you to reach for support? Are you devastated, angry, sad, betrayed? Do you feel trapped, helpless, shamed, confused, sick? Are you overwhelmed, super stressed, panicking, self-harming, isolating, grieving? Has someone close to you committed suicide? Has a natural disaster taken your world as you knew it? Do you feel lost while others seem to know what they're doing, where they're going? Are you abusing substances? Carrying others' burdens? My care is shaped by your needs, not based on an institutional protocol. We'll start where you are.

I have considerable experience working with your age group, both in my private practice and, previously, at CU’s counseling center. College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You may be balancing classes, work, relationships, family expectations, finances, or trying to figure out who you are and what comes next. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally drained, stuck, or carrying the weight of everything on your own, you're not alone. ICS Therapy provides telehealth services for individuals living in Texas, Colorado, and Florida. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what you're experiencing, and build practical tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I enjoy working with college students who are managing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma, self-esteem, burnout, and the pressures of trying to meet everyone's expectations. As a military spouse, former military child, and mother of four, I understand how major life changes, uncertainty, and balancing multiple roles can impact your emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or like something's just not quite right? You're not alone. Life's journey is rarely smooth; we all experience setbacks, heartbreak, and moments where we feel fractured. At Kintsugi Systems Counseling, we offer a unique and compassionate approach to healing, drawing on the wisdom of Kintsugi, IFS, and Stoicism. Imagine a therapy that doesn't focus on fixing what's broken, but celebrates the beauty of your scars, transforming your challenges into strengths. We believe in your inherent resilience and capacity for growth. Our skilled counselors will walk alongside you, helping you understand and harmonize the different parts of yourself, navigate life's difficulties with greater ease, and discover the gold within your own unique story. My Background and Approach My approach to mental health is holistic and integrative, drawing upon a multi-dimensional understanding of the mind-body connection. I recognize that trauma and past experiences are deeply embedded in both our physical and emotional selves; the body, indeed, "keeps the score." Therefore, my therapeutic work focuses on fostering a harmonious relationship between mind and body, equipping you with the tools to cultivate self-awareness and manage internal dialogue effectively. This process involves not only addressing past hurts but also embracing your unique strengths and vulnerabilities, fostering radical self-acceptance as a cornerstone of healing and personal growth. Finally, I believe in the power of self-compassion and nurturing, helping you develop the capacity for self-care and meet your needs with greater understanding and empathy. My goal is to empower you to shed limiting patterns, embrace your authentic self, and live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

Students I work with often have a lot on their plate and feel stuck trying to manage it all. You might be dealing with anxiety, feeling down, struggling in your relationships, or unsure of your direction. Even if things look “fine” on the outside, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated by patterns that don’t seem to change. Many of the students I work with are motivated for things to be different, even if they’re not sure how to get there yet. You may have tried to figure things out on your own but feel ready for support that is practical and actually helps you move forward. In our work together, I focus on what’s already working in your life and help you build from there. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and centered around your goals. You can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, gain clarity, and take manageable steps toward feeling better, improving your relationships, and creating meaningful change.

Although college can be a time of excitement and exploration, it can also feel extreme and bring up feelings that can be challenging to sort out on our own. Having the right support can make all the difference. At In Bloom Psychotherapy we are here to support you on this journey exactly as you are, helping you find the tools and resources to provide some relief and a better understanding of yourself. Among other issues, we specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational issues, depression, college athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts. We incorporate body awareness and mindfulness into sessions because talk therapy alone may not be enough to shift old patterns and create new neural pathways in the brain. Some of our clinicians are trained in EMDR therapy and utilize approaches such as parts work, IFS, DBT, CBT, mindfulness and attachment theory. We know finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming and daunting. If something in this bio resonates with you, please reach out for a free twenty-minute phone consultation.

Hello, When life feels overwhelming, unmanageable, or just not enjoyable, getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Going to work, school, interacting with family or friends, and looking forward to tomorrow can feel like torture. When in this dark place, focusing and making decisions can seem impossible and life is just a daily grind with no enjoyment in site. Life changes catch you off guard and to adjust to the new situation you just need support. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it does not have to be your future. Relief from this prison is possible and feeling alive again can happen. Help is a phone call away. I provide you the opportunity to improve, adjust, and balance your life. The focus of your counseling will be whatever is most important to you. This may include life transition, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self-image, relationship issues, or alcohol/drug use. Working together we can help you to find the happier and healthier future that is possible. No matter who you are, there is hope and help. Although counseling is a process, it is well worth the time and effort. In my office there is safety to talk about your issues, fears, or secretes. There is never judgment and you are in control. I would love to help you. In my practice, my goal is helping others to take back control of life – to feel joy in the little things and finding peace in the chaos. I strive to be a guide, walking with you and not pushing you to the future you want. You may have had past experiences of counseling that were negative. As you are different from everyone else, counselors are also different. I will show you a positive counseling experience. I view counseling as a collaborative relationship – one without judgment, expectations, or force. You deserve to be heard and valued unconditionally. You are the expert on your life and situations, so I will listen and hear you to understand your needs, wants, and desires. Together we will create a plan for reaching your goals.

As a queer therapist, I believe there is no one “right way” to live our lives. This is the same for therapy, there is no “right way.” I believe we all have the power to harness our strengths and find the path that gives us the most meaning and purpose. Clients are the experts in their own lives – each person has the tools and skills to solve their problems, though sometimes may need some outside help to find those tools and learn those skills. Together we can create a therapeutic alliance that is conducive towards self-discovery, growth, and fulfilling your potential while honoring your history, resiliency, values, and beliefs. I completed my Masters in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. I am working towards being a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, gender diverse, the consensual non-monogamy (CNM) community, and I am kink/BDSM-affirming.
