As a somatic psychotherapist, I provide body-based trauma-informed therapy from humanistic, positive-values approach. I cultivate deep empathy for and with my clients in their present state. Then, by adding in breathing and awareness skills, we aim to make the present moment more tolerable, while cultivating change from within.
I am a graduate of Naropa University’s Somatic Counseling Psychology program with an emphasis in Body Psychotherapy. I am trained in EMDR and am currently pursuing Relational Life Therapy RLT training.
