My practice focuses on helping clients with relationship issues, infidelity, and financial therapy. If you are struggling to find your place on campus and feel like an outsider and an imposter, I've been there, and I can help you build stronger connections with those around you and with your own self! My speciality area is helping people better understand their relationship to money and class and understand how their history and feelings around money impact their everyday life on campus and their relationships. If this sounds like you, set up a consultation through my website below. In addition to standard psychotherapy sessions, I offer long therapy sessions called intensives if you have trouble making time for regularly scheduled therapy.

Hi, I’m Ana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Colorado. You may appear to have everything together, yet inside you feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you are constantly masking parts of who you are. Many of the people I work with feel caught between identities, cultures, or expectations that never quite feel like home. I work with young adults and adults (ages 18-30s) navigating trauma symptoms, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, identity-related stress, and feeling detached from themselves. Many are college students or early-career professionals trying to understand who they are and build a life that feels more aligned with their identity and values. My approach centers the connection between identity, culture/environment, and the whole Self--mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul. Drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, multicultural therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and systems perspectives, I help clients understand the protective patterns that once served them, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with who they are. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have not always felt understood or supported in other spaces. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation where we can talk about what brings you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

Whether you're a young adult navigating the pressures of school and relationships, a youth finding your footing at home, or someone facing anxiety or grief at any stage of life, you don't have to do it alone. I specialize in anxiety and grief across all ages, with a particular focus on supporting adolescents through the everyday challenges that can feel anything but ordinary. What you'll find in our work together is a space where you are seen, heard, and never judged. Authenticity guides everything I do, and my commitment is to show up for you with genuine empathy and compassion so that we can collaborate in a way that truly serves your needs and goals. Acceptance, empathy, and patience are at the heart of how I practice. Sessions are grounded in your experiences, your goals, and your pace, so that the direction of our work together always feels relevant to your life. Drawing on both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered care, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, offering a compassionate, attentive environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 25 years working in schools, and it was there I witnessed firsthand how many students were navigating real mental health challenges without adequate support. That experience became the turning point that led me to this work, deepening my dedication to person-centered care and reinforcing my belief that every patient deserves to be met with understanding and intention. The perspective I gained from those years in education shapes how I show up for you in every session. Family and exploration bring me a great deal of joy. Spending quality time with the people I love and traveling, whether that means discovering new destinations around the world or finding hidden gems across the U.S., keep me curious, grounded, and energized.

I offer virtual (online) sessions only at this time. Some sessions can be made by appointment if openings are not noted on my calendar - just ask! Sometimes the anxiety and depression that come with life changes, trauma, relationship issues or job stress can be distracting and affect our ability to thrive. When people work through their thoughts and feelings, they often report feeling more clarity and a deeper sense of vitality and purpose. You can expect to be gently challenged to explore your experiences in a safe, kind and private space when you work with me. I've helped people find more confident self expression in decision-making and relationships. I've also had people report performing better in sports, school or the arts. Many people find themselves making better, more positive behavioral changes as they feel better emotionally. I use an eclectic mix of theories, often including psychodynamic work, in therapy to include the entire person: mind, body and soul. I try to educate and empower people to use practical tools they learn in therapy in realistic, lifelong ways. It takes courage to be vulnerable and acknowledge you'd like some help along this journey. I know because I've been there myself. Take the first step and I'll meet you there.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with eight years of combined clinical experience, my work is rooted in one simple belief: that quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone, at every stage of life. Specializing in medication management across the lifespan, I bring both clinical expertise and a deeply personal commitment to the patients I serve. Growing up as a first-generation American raised by Spanish parents, I understand firsthand how language and cultural barriers can stand between people and the care they deserve. That lived experience fuels my passion for culturally competent mental health care, and my dedication to ensuring that you feel truly understood and supported throughout your treatment. Evidence-based practice guides everything I do, because you deserve care that is both thoughtful and grounded in what works. You can expect an environment that is open, kind, and collaborative from our first meeting. Using a conversational approach to assessment and treatment planning, my goal is always to meet you where you are, not where anyone else thinks you should be. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, you are seen as a whole person, with your own story, values, and needs shaping the direction of your care. Every treatment plan we build together reflects that holistic perspective. Finding the right path forward is a partnership, and your voice matters every step of the way. My path to becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner began in an oncology office, where assisting patients receiving chemotherapy became far more than a clinical task. Sitting with people during some of their most vulnerable moments, offering conversation and a bit of warmth in the middle of something so difficult, revealed how profoundly meaningful human connection can be in a care setting. These experiences made it clear that mental health was where my work was meant to go. That early foundation continues to inform the care offered today, reminding me that presence, compassion, and genuine attention are just as important as clinical skill. When not at work, you'll likely find me out on the trails with my dogs, gliding across the ice figure skating, moving through a Pilates session, or discovering new foods while exploring somewhere new. These pursuits keep me grounded and curious, qualities that carry right back into the care I bring to every patient.

Dr. Jessica Reyka, Psy.D., the founder and owner of Grass Roots Healing, LLC, is a firm believer that in order to reconnect and heal, we must first go back to the "root" of the problem or concern, which often stems far back into one's life, and then work towards healing from an inward-out approach. "The stronger our roots are, the more beautiful the leaves that come from the tree"; similar to the process of therapy where we rebuild the foundation from which you view the world and create a life/beliefs/behaviors that are more in alignment with your true values and authentic self. Dr. Reyka's experience involves complex trauma, attachment & relationship issues, anxiety & other mood disorders, adoption-related trauma, & rebuilding skills related to relaxation and stress management. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner, truly connecting with her clients, listening to their needs/goals, while gently guiding them in healing. Grass Roots Healing, LLC is a safe place for LGBTQIAPK+ individuals & all ethnic and minority groups. We strive to embrace diversity within our practice and therapeutic work. We also strive to bring evidence-based interventions and holistic approaches/modalities into the therapeutic process. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

As a queer therapist, I believe there is no one “right way” to live our lives. This is the same for therapy, there is no “right way.” I believe we all have the power to harness our strengths and find the path that gives us the most meaning and purpose. Clients are the experts in their own lives – each person has the tools and skills to solve their problems, though sometimes may need some outside help to find those tools and learn those skills. Together we can create a therapeutic alliance that is conducive towards self-discovery, growth, and fulfilling your potential while honoring your history, resiliency, values, and beliefs. I completed my Masters in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago. I am working towards being a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT). I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community, gender diverse, the consensual non-monogamy (CNM) community, and I am kink/BDSM-affirming.

I work with creatives, academics, professionals, caregivers and helpers who are used to doing it alone — but don’t want to anymore. I specialize in complex grief, trauma and high-functioning depression in thoughtful, driven adults. My work integrates EMDR, somatic and trauma-informed therapy to help experiences settle in the nervous system — not just make sense intellectually. Together, we focus on practical tools to regulate intense emotions, build resilience and reduce the quiet weight you’ve been carrying. We move at a pace that honors your history without rushing the process. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, less reactive and more connected to your to your own life, please reach out.

Hi, I'm Michael, I understand that tackling life's challenges can feel daunting. We can feel overwhelmed, and not sure where to start. Whether you are going through a tough time or have been grappling with an ongoing mental health concern, therapy can be a tool to help you learn more about yourself and develop strategies to better manage these challenges. In working with me, clients can expect to have a warm and non-judgmental space where they can work through personal challenges as well as work towards goals and areas of growth. Outside of work I enjoy catching a horror movie, hiking, and spending time with my diva of a cat. Some of my areas of clinical interest include, relationship and family issues, college counseling, trauma, anxiety, non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships, substance use, grief & loss, and depression. I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and have experience providing safe and affirming therapy for trans and non-binary clients. School is more than an academic challenge. It's often a time when long-standing patterns in relationships, identity, and self-expectations become impossible to ignore. You may find yourself constantly meeting others' expectations, questioning your own decisions, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace in your relationships while losing sight of what you need. My practice is dedicated to helping students understand how these patterns developed and why they may no longer serve them. Together, we'll explore the ways you've learned to relate to yourself and others, strengthen your sense of self, and help you develop the confidence to make choices that reflect your values rather than guilt, fear, or the expectations of others. You don't have to choose between caring about the people in your life and caring for yourself. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine curiosity about your unique story. Whether you're navigating academic pressure, relationship challenges, family expectations, or major life transitions, therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, build self-trust, and create relationships that support both connection and authenticity.
