I'm trained in mindfulness and enjoy sharing techniques to live in embodied presence and more fully in our lives--instead of allowing the mind to ride on autopilot. I consider myself a generalist practitioner, with experience in a range of settings, treating a variety of populations and mental health concerns. I work with adults of all ages, treating depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, grief and loss, self-criticism and self-doubt, shame, life transitions and adjustment to stressors.
