My work focuses on adults who experience relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, academic concerns, and trauma - especially relationship trauma. I see individuals and couples virtually and in person within a culturally sensitive practice. We recognize the nuanced experiences of marginalized people including people of color, immigrants, 1st gen college students, women, neurodivergent, working class, and queer folks. I see people as shaped by life experiences, relationships, identities, family, culture, and society. Plus we're unique individuals! Our work will consider all of this. I like to collaborate with my clients and strive to be honest, patient, flexible, nonjudgmental, warm, humble, curious, empathic, and social justice minded. I'm a neurotypical, cis, het, biracial, Black Puerto Rican woman w/ an invisible disability who grew up in a working class city. My approach is decolonial, anti-racist, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and neurodivergent allied, feminist, & trauma-informed. I'm a psychodynamic, relational clinician also trained in CBT, ACT, self-compassion, MI, and attachment.
I am pleased to meet you on your journey of self care and growth. I have been a licensed therapist, LCSW-R, for over 20 years, obtaining my master's degree from New York University. I have experience working with teens, young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that fostering a welcoming, safe, and secure therapeutic relationship is important. I want my clients to feel heard, seen and understood. Therapy isn’t always easy, which is why I emphasize that therapy is a team approach, starting where you are and working together to make positive changes. In creating a safe and collaborative approach, I work with you in identifying your goals, working on reducing specific symptoms and increasing a sense of regaining balance and happiness. In our sessions, you will be able to understand and learn about your thoughts and reactions to situations, learn healthy ways of coping and overcoming challenges. The ideal client is one who is ready to take the first step in this partnership with an open mind and heart. The rewards of focusing on your personal journey and growth are tremendous.
I’m Victoria, and my superpower is helping women heal from anxiety and self-doubt to find confidence and self-love. As a second generation American from a multiracial background, I love to help clients explore the impact of their own cultural experiences. I also specialize in working with women with ADHD, new moms and postpartum mental health.

I help students to effectively manage anxiety and stress so they can have a healthy and successful college experience. I can meet with you around your class schedule using secure online video sessions.
I like to view myself as a modern and relatable therapist. I love working with college students because young adulthood is the time in our life with the most changes in comparison to our entire lifespan. It is when we are trying to establish ourselves as individuals, separate from our families and perhaps even the town we grew up in. We are faced with endless opportunities and the freedom may feel scary. Some young adults have feelings of anxiety and depression due to the level of independence and feeling a lack of direction. I help young adults struggling with: -finding meaningful friendships -finding meaningful romantic relationships -adapting to their college environment -lack a sense of direction -lack a sense of identity -family conflicts -poor coping mechanisms -ambivalence about career choices -difficulty making decisions -generalized anxiety disorder -social anxiety disorder -panic attacks -perfectionistic thinking -depression -low self-esteem -loss of a parent Our work together can help you feel grounded during a time of important decision making and change.
I’m passionate about supporting first‑generation students, students from marginalized backgrounds, and students of color, as they navigate the emotional, cultural, and academic pressures that come with being the first in their families to walk these paths. My goal is to help students build a more harmonious, grounded, and empowered experience during their time on campus. I work with individuals experiencing: • Adjustment‑related stress, including transitions into college or new environments • Cultural transitions and the unique pressures faced by first‑generation students • Distorted eating patterns, emotional overwhelm, and challenges with emotion regulation My therapeutic approach integrates DBT and multimodal strategies, always rooted in cultural humility and a commitment to centering each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a space where students feel understood, supported, and equipped to move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. The most efficient way to get started is by visiting my website, reviewing the FAQ section, and completing the new client interest form. This will give me all the information I will need to determine next steps. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy for college students and young adults in the Pittsburgh area and throughout Pennsylvania via telehealth. Many of the students I work with are dealing with anxiety, academic pressure, relationship challenges, identity questions, and the stress of major life transitions. My approach to therapy is insight-oriented and collaborative. I integrate psychodynamic therapy with practical strategies drawn from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Therapy provides a space to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing healthier ways of responding to stress. Students often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Together we work to clarify what is happening beneath the surface, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-confidence. I provide both in-person sessions in Carnegie, Pennsylvania and secure online therapy throughout the U.S. via PSYPACT. Prior to private practice I trained and worked full time at five counseling counseling centers in various cities.

The ancient rationale for psychotherapy in three quotations: 1) ''He who cannot describe the problem will never find the solution to the problem'' - Confucious (551-479 BCE); 2) ''The unexamined life is not livable for a human being'' (paraphrased as, ''The unexamined life is not worth living'') - Socrates, in Plato's ''Apology'' (ca 360 BCE); 3) ''Whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst, and to provide for it.'' - Patrick Henry (1739-1799)
