College is a challenge, on its own, in many ways. It can cause significant stress as well as trigger new or exacerbate existing mental health symptoms. Having space to work through the stress or symptoms you are experiencing can be incredibly beneficial (e.g. reduced stress, increased happiness, decrease in symptoms and/or severity, etc.), which can contribute to greater success and a greater overall experience during these years. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential therapy space that respects all identities and backgrounds where people can feel free to be their most authentic selves. I strive for people to feel comfortable in letting go of filters that tend to restrict them in honest disclosure and deep processing of their experiences. Thank you for taking the time to read about the practice and considering Sage Serenity Counseling. Please reach out if you have questions or would like to get started. I am ready to support you whenever you are ready!

College can feel overwhelming — and for many students, it’s the first time they’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or difficult relationships without the support systems they grew up with. If you’ve been struggling to focus, feeling stuck, or carrying something that’s hard to name, therapy can help. I’m Lexie, a licensed clinical social worker with 30 years of experience. I work with young adults who are trying to understand themselves better — why they feel the way they do, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to build a life that actually feels like theirs. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I draw on a wide range of evidence-based methods — including CBT, IFS, DBT, somatic work, and mindfulness — and I tailor everything to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. I specialize in; • ADHD and executive function • Anxiety and social anxiety • Depression • Trauma and PTSD • Perfectionism • Identity and relationship patterns • College adjustment and academic stress Whether you’re dealing with something specific or just know that something feels off, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I will provide tools for immediate relief as needed to support this process. I often work with folks who are highly sensitive, feel different or misunderstood, have overwhelming emotions, struggle with relationships, have low self-esteem, are queer or questioning, or are seeking to develop identity, purpose, and meaning in life. I would love to talk to you more about how I work, hear about your goals for therapy, and answer any questions you might have. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi and welcome! My name is Rhonda Matlack and I have been a Licensed Counselor since 1998. Counseling historically has been something that society has been ashamed of hence many people have suffered needlessly due to lack of support. I'm here to tell you that seeking support and moving toward emotional wellness is deserving of every individual from any walk of life. It is my philosophy that those who reach out for heIp, those that take the risk to be better, those that face their fears will have a sustainable life pattern of coping that leads to wellness. We are all made unique, each one of us is made to serve and benefit in this life with a purpose. Last, I believe healthcare should be made affordable to all, therefore I have a very low sliding scale to offer folks. Get in touch to learn more.
My name is Nicole Grabowski and I am a holistic and intersectional therapist who approaches healing from a person-centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma-focused perspective. I strive to support you in understanding your resiliency, unburdening the struggles you carry, and navigating the barriers you encounter that prevent you from living the meaningful life you desire. Do you feel stuck in the same routines, weighed down by stress, tough memories, or sudden feelings of anxiety or sadness? Are you trying to manage this on your own? Trying to handle this on your own can be exhausting, especially when it feels like nothing changes. Therapy offers a place where you’re understood, and your needs come first. We’ll work together to figure out what matters most to you, make sense of your experiences, and find practical ways to cope. You can start moving forward with more clarity, confidence, and ease, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Many people I work with describe their struggles with self-doubt, persistent worries, irrational fears, and "overthinking" tendencies, saying that they second-guess themselves and struggle to quiet their anxious thoughts. Often, these struggles are a result of past traumatic events that have shaped how the brain perceives the world. Other times, these struggles may trace back to unhelpful messaging from outside sources, which can result in learned behaviors, patterns, and ways of thinking that promote anxiety, worry, and shame. I use modalities such as EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT to support clients with these struggles. Therapy can support us to uncover and understand the impacts that traumas and other past events have on how we navigate the world. This awareness, coupled with therapeutic interventions, can support us to heal from past hardships and make changes to the learned survival techniques that are no longer serving us. Those who work with me describe me as compassionate, accepting, and interactive in my approach, and I strive to create a comfortable and judgment-free environment for my clients. I offer online scheduling, specialized, evidence-based approaches, and brief, no-cost phone consultations. I encourage you to reach out to see if working together may be a good fit!

At Hive Health, we believe healing is not one‑size‑fits‑all. Whether you’re a medical student carrying the weight of burnout, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a teen exploring your identity, you deserve care that sees the whole you. Like a hive, our well‑being is interconnected. When one part struggles, the whole system feels it. That’s why our approach is trauma‑informed, holistic, and culturally humble, addressing not just symptoms, but the deeper roots of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
