I’m passionate about helping individuals create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Utah, I’m currently completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Simmons University. I work under the guidance of Sarah Murphy, an experienced counselor, to provide compassionate and effective support to my clients. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing Depression, Anxiety, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also have a strong interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and challenges. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and my goal is to help you develop the tools you need to navigate life’s difficulties, improve your mental well-being, and build a life that feels true to you. If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey toward healing and growth, I would love to work with you!

For people of all ages, difficulties in life may result from a lost connection with one’s internal experience. Psychotherapy offers the opportunity to attend closely to one’s thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. In child therapy, play is the primary mode of communication. Through play, children explore their internal world, rehearse for life, process past events, practice creativity, and learn to moderate themselves. As children begin to feel understood and understand themselves, their internal experience can become their guide to being in the world. In talk therapy with adolescents and adults, I offer a collaborative, exploratory space where together we will work to understand your personal experience and the roots of your distress. This process can lead to a deeper connection with oneself and to others. I have advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity issues, attentional problems, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Psychiatrist
Wellesley, MA

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist and I draw from my 10+ years of experience in College Mental Health to provide care to students preparing for and managing the mental health challenges of college. I strongly believe in evaluating and treating the whole person and in meeting you where you are with a goal of helping you find the path to your best possible self. I have a particular interest in anxiety related disorders and utilize a holistic approach to managing anxiety and helping students optimize wellness. I incorporate skills from CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness into my therapy practice. I utilize medication management if and when indicated to optimize treatment. Due to my limited office hours, I am not equipped to treat conditions that could require urgent and immediate care and thus if you are struggling with chronic or treatment-resistant resistant mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, addictions, severe eating disorders, or chronic suicidality, I recommend you seek care through a health system or provider that offers more services suited to best meet your needs.
