Welcome! I provide telehealth psychotherapy to individuals and couples. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where we can work through emotional challenges. My therapeutic style is solution focused, non-judgemental and strength-based. I utilize many techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness based stress reduction. Please send me an email to set up an initial consultation.
*Our practice is now accepting new students for individual counseling* Much of our suffering is stored throughout our body, leaving us with a racing mind and feelings of stress, anxiety, depression. By approaching healing through a lens that incorporates the whole-body, we will work together so that you can heal fully and sustainably. I specialize in working with individuals faced with persistent anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Many of these symptoms will manifest in relationship issues, difficulty sleeping, or poor motivation. Together we will explore the root causes that perpetuate your suffering and develop strategies so that you can lead a more fulfilling and joyful life. I am a clinical social worker, yoga & mindfulness teacher. I blend my degree as a clinician along with training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Yoga Therapy to offer an integrative approach to treatment. I believe that in order to truly heal, we must honor our whole-body and mind working together. My mission is to uncover the most effective paths for guiding others in reducing suffering and increasing a sense of joy and fulfillment in everyday life. Professionally and personally, I have gathered experience, evidence, and strategies for enhancing life and uncovering “what it’s all about”. I wish to share this with you.
Welcome! I offer clinical treatment to people experiencing trauma, mood disorders, & issues of identity (race, gender, sexuality, culture). I am South Asian, queer, and genderqueer (they/them). I am also an artist, and happy to incorporate creativity into our work together. No pressure, though! Traumatic experiences have a way of shackling themselves to the body, whether they are accumulated over time or single incidents which compromised our safety. We seek to protect ourselves from a world that has failed to protect us, often coping in ways that hurt in the long run. In our work together we will identify sources of pain, the impact they have on your life, & determine ways to reclaim power so that your body becomes a place of safety rather than a site of trauma. Come as you are. My goal is to be both a gentle witness and an ally, helping you to find & stand in your power, identifying disparities & restoring balance in your life. I believe you are here because you are ready to value & give yourself a chance to shape your future with your own hands. I couldn't be more hopeful for you.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience. I treat Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and Bipolar Disorder. My approach is integrative and collaborative with a focus on each individual’s unique experiences, needs, and treatment goals. My clients don't come to therapy to hear someone nod and agree with everything they say. That isn't worth their time or money. They want real help. They want to know "what to do" and "how to fix it" because they are struggling with depression, severe anxiety, relationship problems, trauma, suicidal thoughts, parenting issues, and other painful situations. They're looking for a true expert that they can actually talk to. I am a member of PSYPACT which means I can see clients in every state that is a member of PSYPACT. I'm also licensed in both TN and MA. I'm a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician and an expert in Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, self-harm, and oppositional adolescents. I am an Associate faculty member at Vanderbilt University and have served as a trainer and consultant for a variety of hospitals, schools, and the military. I founded and own PSYCHē, PLLC, a private network of therapists across multiple states. Our job is to pair our clients with great clinicians all over the country. PSYCHē also offers various Standard DBT skills groups and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) skills classes online ranging from $100-$125. New members can begin right away! Visit www.psychepllc.com/groups for more information about groups, meeting times, or to enroll online. Changing people's lives for the better is my life's purpose and where I get a sense of meaning. I love my job :) I look forward to meeting you.

This may include utilizing traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions, or integrating more holistic yoga and mindfulness practices to provide you with practical tools to connect with your body and mind.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and a psychoanalyst, specializing in work with individuals suffering from mood disorders, addiction, trauma, and identity issues. I have a sensitivity for the dilemmas of young adults as they struggle to find "true self" expression integrated with the demands for compromise and conformity they face, both externally and internally. Please visit www.youngadults.com to learn more about my approach and practice.
I've created an easily accessible coaching program for college-age girls so they can access support whenever they need it from wherever they are. Whether you are concerned about navigating academics? Social life? Roommates? Missing friends and family? (Most would check off all of the above), or are simply feeling overwhelmed, anxious and aren't sure where to turn and just need an impartial adult to help, college transition coaching may be the next "right" thing. I am a therapist and life coach and have specialized in working with girls and young women for over 25 years. I can help you to learn what motivates and inspires you so that you can learn how to achieve your goals and overcome any potential obstacles. I work virtually with girls all over the world.

I believe that therapy should be a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or minimize your feelings, no matter your reason for reaching out. As a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I welcome clients with diverse identities and concerns, and strive to create a safe, compassionate environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma/complex PTSD, including survivors of assault/abuse. I also support clients navigating life transitions, identity-related challenges, relationship concerns, emotional dysregulation, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and academic/workplace challenges. Since there's no one-size-fits-all in healing, our work together will be tailored to your unique needs and a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable for you. This can include processing difficult experiences, building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and fostering self-compassion, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. As a Harvard-trained researcher, my therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based care, integrating cognitive behavioral, dialectical, somatic, psychodynamic, and narrative interventions to help you create lasting, meaningful change. I look forward to supporting you in your journey towards a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and authentic.

Valentina Alfaro Eller takes a client-centered approach, understanding that we are all unique and we all have an inherent capacity to heal ourselves. Valentina uses holistic and trauma-informed cognitive and body-focused practices, honoring the connection between mind and body.
The students I connect with most are curious about themselves and want to understand not just what they feel, but why. Many seem capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside — struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, friendship or dating struggles, or a harsh inner critic. Some notice the same patterns repeating or feel unsure of who they are and what they want. If you’re ready to look a little deeper, we’ll likely be a good fit. I offer a steady, supportive space to explore the inner stuff you’ve been carrying around. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor to our work, helping therapy feel human, relatable, and sometimes even a little fun. I use talk therapy as our foundation, and when it’s a good fit, I may also bring in EMDR, a well-researched approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences — whether from the past or present — so they feel less intense and less triggering. I also draw from practical skills, mindfulness, and self-exploration tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control — ready to move through college with greater clarity, self-trust, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.
Although the road to wellness is not linear, there is hope, and change is possible. Depression and anxiety, worry, stress, and feeling overwhelmed- these are all familiar concerns and normal in the human experience. We've all experienced it. Sometimes they can be difficult to manage and that's when talk therapy can be incredibly useful. But most important: I'm glad you're here. Let's build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Life is hard. Although I am not a specialist in Life itself, there are ways to balance and recalibrate ourselves with therapy tools. These tools have helped me and others I've served in the past. As an Asian American, LGBTQ+ identifying therapist, my experience may offer a unique perspective that helps you feel connected and heard. I offer a straightforward style with authenticity and real connection. Although this may be intimidating for clients who are new to therapy, it is a bridge that when crossed clients find satisfying and rewarding. The first step to reaching out and connecting is by call or email, and I look forward to hearing from you.
If you’re here, you may be looking for a space to grow, heal, or better understand yourself. Whatever brought you here, and no matter how many times you’ve tried before, we can work together to clarify your goals and move forward in a meaningful way. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, and related disorders in college students and young adults. I also work with clients looking to effectively navigate and cope with current life stressors (e.g., work challenges, interpersonal relationships, transitions). I use evidenced-based techniques in my work with clients, and primarily from a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective. By emphasizing the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors clients will gain greater insight into their concerns and learn techniques for managing their anxiety and other life stressors. To target the behavioral aspects of anxiety, I will frequently incorporate exposure and response prevention (ERP) into my work to help clients to engage in exposures both during sessions and in real-world settings. I use a collaborative, personalized, and warm approach, working with clients to better understand their anxieties or challenges and encouraging them to become their own therapists over time while achieving their goals. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Bowdoin College, research assistantship at Boston University at the Family and Development Treatment Lab, doctoral studies at Boston University where I trained at their Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD), clinical internship at the VA Boston Healthcare System, and postdoctoral training at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I then was a staff Psychologist at the McLean Anxiety Mastery Program (MAMP), an intensive outpatient program at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Most recently, I was a staff Psychologist and Assistant Director at Emerson College’s Counseling and Psychological Services.

With over a decade of experience, Dipesh Patel helps adults navigate anxious thoughts, career curveballs, confidence slumps, parenting puzzles, infertility/family building stress, dating detours, and LGBTQ+ concerns. He believes therapy should create momentum—measurable progress, clearer thinking, and lasting change that resonates beyond the session. His mantra is that therapy, good therapy, should create some sort of movement. Whether it’s helping you create actual, tangible change in your life or helping move along an internal conversation that you can’t seem to make progress in.
People make the decision to engage in therapy for a multitude of reasons, all of which are valid. Some people may be ambivalent about making changes in their lives, while others might feel eager and ready to start the process. Regardless of where you find yourself on that continuum, I am here to support you. Although my background has mainly been focused around eating and body image, I see clients who are experiencing a variety of concerns: relationship issues, anxiety/depression, life transitions, unhappiness, etc. Prior to private practice, I worked with undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University Counseling and Mental Health Service, with a specialty in supporting student-athletes and individuals with eating and body image concerns. I have also worked in psychiatric inpatient programs as well as eating disorder treatment programs. My therapeutic style is integrative, which means that our work together will draw on various approaches determined by your concerns and goals. My hope is for us to build a trusting relationship that will allow for honest reflection, helpful challenge, and ultimately positive change so that you may be able to lead a more fulfilling life.
