Annah works best with college students and young adults who feel stuck in the middle of big life transitions. Many of the students she supports are neurodivergent and feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or pressured to mask in order to fit in. Others are working through the impact of past family experiences that still show up in current relationships. They’re trying to understand who they are, manage expectations, and create healthier patterns without burning out. Annah has 14 years of experience working with neurodivergent folks and young adults. She offers a warm, relaxed space where students feel welcomed as they are. Her style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real conversations, using humor and thoughtful questions to help therapy feel less intimidating and more human. Sessions focus on building insight while also learning tools students can use in everyday life. Students who struggled to connect with past therapists often feel comfortable with Annah quickly. She meets students where they are, moves at their pace while still offering gentle challenges, and prioritizes creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely understanding.

We are a small private practice located in Fort Collins, CO who treat individuals struggling with depression and/or anxiety. These conditions include a variety of symptoms including feelings of sadness, loss of motivation, low energy, isolation, feeling worthless, disruption to appetite or sleep, racing thoughts, over-thinking, worry, nervousness, and panic attacks. Due to these symptoms, the ability to function normally is impacted, and many of our clients are having difficulty in school and in their relationships. We use an evidence- based treatment called Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address symptoms and help our clients feel better. We work well with individuals who are motivated to make changes and implement the tactics they learn in between sessions. Please visit our website for more information: evolvecounselingnoco.com
Finding the right support is a meaningful first step, and I'm glad you're here. As a Limited License Counselor Candidate, I specialize in anxiety, life transitions, and depression, working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, working through persistent worry, or simply looking for a space to grow, I'm here to walk alongside you. Empathy, integrity, and collaboration are at the heart of how I show up for every person I work with. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward the meaningful growth you're looking for. When you come to a session, you can expect warmth, encouragement, and a genuine sense of collaboration. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we'll work together to build practical coping skills that help you better manage anxiety, depression, emotional stress, and life transitions. But beyond the modalities, what matters most to me is that you feel truly heard. Your unique experiences, values, and goals shape everything we do together. Care here is strengths-based and tailored to who you are, because you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all approach. You deserve a space that feels personal, safe, and empowering, and that's exactly what I'm committed to creating for you. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as an elementary school teacher, where I witnessed firsthand the growing need for mental health support among students and their families. These years were transformative, deepening my understanding of how compassionate, accessible care can change lives and reinforcing my commitment to making a real difference in the people I serve. That purpose drives everything I bring to our sessions now, including a strong foundation of empathy and a genuine investment in your well-being. Reading, biking, and spending time with family are some of the things that bring me joy and keep me grounded. Visiting Michigan and spending time along the shores of Lake Huron holds a special place in my heart, connecting me to the people and places I love most.
Hi! I'm Allison. I'm here to help you with the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety you're feeling as you try to lead the life you want. If you're tired of being REALLY hard on yourself and you want to start letting go of that and be more content with who you are, reach out. I'm anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and I'm ready to support you. I see clients in person near I25 and Colorado in Denver or by telehealth. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand what you want to work on – you’re the expert on your life but I can help you see it differently and make the changes you want. That might include coping strategies, looking at your needs, strengths, and values, using brain/body techniques like Brainspotting to release uncomfortable emotions, and more. I always start with the relationship because you can’t work with someone you don’t trust. I am calm, focused, and empathetic, and I still have a sense of humor. I’m always authentic (and I’m not always the textbook therapist) and I give you the space to be the real you. I’ll see you, I’ll accept you, and I’ll have your back as you make the changes you want. Reach out today for your free 30 minute consultation! You can call, email, or text.

I believe in the restorative power of hope. Over the course of my career I have been able to support clients to internalize the belief that they can make change in their lives. Through partnership, trust and the sharing of knowledge, real movement can occur. There is hope. Licensed as both a mental health and addictions specialist counselor, I work with both individuals and couples. I practice remotely in Colorado and Rhode Island. My practice approach starts with identifying how to begin shifting what isn't providing benefit, with behavioral, cognitive and emotional evolution. This is a strengths-based, collaborative process grounded in trust and respect. My deep professional satisfaction is grounded in the experience of growth and recovery that clients obtain through our efforts. College can bring a lot: new freedom, pressure to succeed, and the stress of figuring out who you are and where you are headed. Many of the students I work with feel weighed down by anxiety, burnout, overthinking, imposter syndrome, or the pressure to be perfect. Others are coping with ADHD, past/current trauma, anxiety and social anxiety or just the everyday stress of classes, relationships, and big transitions. With 12 years of experience working in university counseling centers, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges of college and graduate students' lives. In our work together, you will find a supportive space to talk honestly about what is on your mind, learn coping tools to manage stress, and feel more grounded and confident. My goal is to help you feel less alone and more able to handle the challenges of college life.
