I’m Victoria, and my superpower is helping women heal from anxiety and self-doubt to find confidence and self-love. As a second generation American from a multiracial background, I love to help clients explore the impact of their own cultural experiences. I also specialize in working with women with ADHD, new moms and postpartum mental health.

With a background in social work and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Whatever you're working through, my goal is to help you feel genuinely understood, build on the strengths you already carry, and move toward lasting healing and emotional well-being. Compassion and collaboration are at the heart of how I work. Every person brings with them a unique story, and I look forward to hearing yours as a supportive partner in the healing process. My style is trauma-informed, collaborative, and nonjudgmental — and the environment I create reflects that. Helping you build confidence and emotional regulation skills within a space that feels genuinely safe and empowering is what I'm most passionate about. Treatment is always tailored to your unique needs and goal. Using trauma-focused and strengths-based approaches, I work with you to build coping skills, process difficult emotions, and feel more at home in yourself. My path to becoming a therapist began in the behavioral health field, working directly with children and teens. This role quickly taught me the importance of building strong, supportive relationships, and how those relationships could change the trajectory of a young person's healing. Watching patients develop coping skills and emotional regulation tools they'd carry with them long after our sessions, I knew this was the work I was meant to do. From there, I moved into trauma-focused therapy with children and adolescents and haven't looked back since. Those years deepened my commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care, and reinforced my belief that every person, regardless of age or circumstance, has an innate ability to grow. That conviction, along with empathy and patience, is something I bring to every session we share. In my free time, I enjoy reading, journaling and solo traveling. I find that I am my happiest when I am surrounded by mountains and close to a good coffee shop!

Staying active is important for the mind, body, and soul, whether I’m in or out of the office. My practice is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, and develop the tools necessary for healing. I specialize in trauma-informed care, helping individuals understand and manage the impact of trauma on their lives, relationships, and overall well-being. With a deep commitment to fostering emotional and psychological growth, I draw on evidence-based therapies and a client-centered approach to empower clients in reclaiming their stories. My goal is to guide individuals in transforming pain into strength, creating paths forward that are rooted in safety, trust, and self-empowerment. I believe that healing is not just about addressing the past—it’s about empowering clients to thrive in the present and build a future they truly deserve. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive care that considers the intersectionality of race, gender, and socio-economic factors in each person’s experience of trauma. If you or a loved one are navigating difficult times, I would be honored to get to know you and explore how I can support your healing journey. Hello, When life feels overwhelming, unmanageable, or just not enjoyable, getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Going to work, school, interacting with family or friends, and looking forward to tomorrow can feel like torture. When in this dark place, focusing and making decisions can seem impossible and life is just a daily grind with no enjoyment in site. Life changes catch you off guard and to adjust to the new situation you just need support. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it does not have to be your future. Relief from this prison is possible and feeling alive again can happen. Help is a phone call away. I provide you the opportunity to improve, adjust, and balance your life. The focus of your counseling will be whatever is most important to you. This may include life transition, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, self-image, relationship issues, or alcohol/drug use. Working together we can help you to find the happier and healthier future that is possible. No matter who you are, there is hope and help. Although counseling is a process, it is well worth the time and effort. In my office there is safety to talk about your issues, fears, or secretes. There is never judgment and you are in control. I would love to help you. In my practice, my goal is helping others to take back control of life – to feel joy in the little things and finding peace in the chaos. I strive to be a guide, walking with you and not pushing you to the future you want. You may have had past experiences of counseling that were negative. As you are different from everyone else, counselors are also different. I will show you a positive counseling experience. I view counseling as a collaborative relationship – one without judgment, expectations, or force. You deserve to be heard and valued unconditionally. You are the expert on your life and situations, so I will listen and hear you to understand your needs, wants, and desires. Together we will create a plan for reaching your goals.

Hi there! My name is Mark (he/him). I am a licensed therapist in Colorado & Ohio. My favorite population to work with is college students — it's an exciting age of discovering your self and the world around you, but it can also be a season of hardship, disappointment, and overwhelm. My undergraduate and graduate school days were some of the most formative of my life, but I also know firsthand how difficult & lonely it can be to juggle the expectations of academics, relationships, finances, and more — not to mention your own developing identity and values. I am here to help those who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out. I have extensive experience helping young adults in the U.S. and Europe navigate these crossroads. My background in emotionally focused therapy, EMDR, and neurofeedback can help you safely & effectively lean into the discomfort you are currently facing (you need to feel it to heal it!) and develop the courage to continue forward towards the path you desire. You have the answers within you; sometimes we just need some encouragement and direction. Interested in working together? Let's get in touch! I happily offer a free 30-minute phone consult. It would be an honor to walk alongside you during your academic journey.

Beginning therapy—or starting with a new therapist—can feel vulnerable and daunting. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I create a space that feels welcoming, non-judgmental, and safe to support adults who are ready to improve their well-being and navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My specialties include perinatal mental health and women’s mental health across the lifespan, along with mood and anxiety disorders, stress management, attachment disorders, and more. When working together, you are assured a warm and non-pathologizing approach to care that is grounded in humility and respect for the courage it takes to share your story. I welcome the opportunity to connect for a brief consultation, bringing skill and compassion to your journey no matter where you’re at along the path. I believe each person is the expert in their own life. Therapy is, therefore, a collaborative process, where I listen deeply and work with you to clarify your goals and move toward healing and greater well-being at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we attend not only to areas of pain, but also to your strengths, values, and passions. My approach is warm, person-centered, and strengths-based, drawing flexibly from a range of evidence-based modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. In addition, I am trained in the Gottman Method (Level 1) and use Gottman techniques in my work with couples. As a clinician with lived experience as a mother and more than ten years of experience as an educator, I bring a deep understanding of family systems, child development, and the realities of parenting. This background allows me to support mothers and families with both compassion and practical insight. When I’m not in the office, I love reading, spending time in nature, taking in all kinds of art, and having adventures with my family.

You might be a student who looks like you have it together but feels anxious, burned out, or disconnected underneath. Maybe the pressure of classes, relationships, or figuring out who you are is heavier than you expected. Maybe you're navigating a big transition, far from home for the first time, or just noticing that the way you've always coped isn't working anymore. In therapy, we'll slow down, get curious about what's really going on, and build skills that help you feel more like yourself. I draw from a variety of approaches — including body-based techniques, mindfulness, and talk therapy — to tailor our work to what you actually need. You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to show up.
