I have worked in residential treatment, educational settings, outpatient treatment, and addiction treatment. I have worked with children, teens, and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. A lot of people say they knew at a young age they would be a therapist, but that wasn’t me. I grew up in a military family and thought I would continue that tradition and be a stay-at-home mom. Instead, I found myself in a journalism career and a marriage I didn’t like. Starting over after 30, I chose to return to school and pursue a degree in social work. Since then, I’ve worked with the military, in inpatient facilities, and in outpatient care. I love working with women who find themselves “outside the box” when it comes to societal expectations (child-free/childless, unmarried, or just a-plain-ol’ rebel). I love to focus on resiliency, self-improvement/self-esteem, personal growth, and even a bit of spirituality (if that's your thing). I'm a very laid-back, nontraditional therapist. I believe you are the expert in your own life and, sometimes, we just need some guidance or permission to do the things we know we need to do. I don't assign homework cause, frankly, I wouldn't do it if I were in your shoes, but I will suggest some tasks or actions that may be something to focus on between sessions. I also expect clients to show up with a discussion topic or something to start us off with; again, the time is yours to use as you feel best. I have very eclectic interests. Two things that are very important to me are spirituality and non-traditional relationships. I feel both have their own challenges and prejudices to overcome. I'm always looking for ways to include and incorporate my client's spiritual beliefs (if they choose to share) into sessions and help them build a strong foundation. Nontraditional relationships (including kink dynamics) can be a challenge to bring to therapy as there's often a perceived level of judgment—not here! I celebrate however your relationship looks and work to help you create the most nurturing and healthy relationship however that looks. One of my core values is curiosity, so I love it when I get to learn a little something from my clients. Having grown up in a military family that moved every three years like clockwork, learning about people and cultures has been a huge part of my life. I encourage my clients to practice showing and embodying their authenticity with me so they may go out into the world more confidently. I believe we all have something beautiful to share and learn from each other and I encourage those I work with to explore that on a deeper level.

I am most passionate about working with people who have experienced a difficult childhood. If you’re struggling to have healthy relationships with others or control uncomfortable emotions like anxiety, depression, and anger, I can help you navigate these feelings and offer a path forward. My clients often feel stuck or held back by the weight of these experiences. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to create a safe environment where you can explore and understand these complex experiences and how they may impact your life today. My style of practice is warm, compassionate, and receptive. I believe that you are the only expert on your life and I will do all that I can to be a useful tool as you move towards shaping the life that you want. My approach is a combination of cognitive processing therapy, strengths based, and mindfulness based techniques. We will focus on discovering your strengths and using those as guiding principles as we navigate the journey together. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation or appointment, please send me an e-mail or give me a call.

I have been working in the outpatient setting for over 10 years. I've rotated through a student mental health clinic during my training and have worked with many college aged students. College can be an exciting time of change and growth and finding purpose and connection. College can also be a big adjustment, as you acclimate to a new setting, new responsibilities and being away from home for an extended period, sometimes for the first time. It is often during these big life changes that you may need a little extra help settling in, getting into new routines. Through a combination of therapy and careful use of medication, we can work on getting you in a place to fully engage in and enjoy your college experience.

In-person/ Face to Face in Colorado Springs and online throughout Colorado. In our sessions we will ride the line between spirituality and psychology. You will learn to be comfortable with discomfort. I will help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. We will uncover your patterns, learn how to implement boundaries, and develop a relationship with yourself. From the minute we meet we will be building a relationship based on trust and authenticity. I strive to create a place where you can be yourself. A place that feels safe to face the things you avoid. Together, we will help you develop a witness of your life and experiences. You will gain the ability to connect with the present moment and calm your nervous system. You will learn to accept things as they are instead of the way you might want them to be. I will teach your how to regulate your emotions and process past trauma. You will stop ruminating and learn to trust your body and regain your intuition. We rebuild the way you see yourself, others, and the world. I have seen this transformation in my clients and want you to experience the true joy life has to offer. If you are done looking for shortcuts and ready to put in the work to free yourself from your past, I have your back!

When life feels like too much to hold on your own, there is overwhelm, anxiety, uncertainty, or you could just use some extra support, therapy can be a beautiful choice. Therapy is many things; understanding old, habitual patterns, processing painful or confusing emotions, cultivating resources, reclaiming pleasure, and developing a trusted relationship with another person to process the most vulnerable parts. If talk therapy has already been tried and feels stale, then art and creativity, somatics, nervous system awareness, and nature connection can offer a profound alternative in your therapeutic journey. This is where I come in. I weave together art and creativity, somatics, nature-connection, and mindfulness. As well as reflection, contemplation, and talking to integrate. I work well with themes of identity, times of transition, expansion, self-compassion, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, decision making, burn-out, relationship dynamics, addiction, trauma, and parts work.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Victoria, TX

Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story: - Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices - Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine - Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected - Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long! I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you. A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.

Hi, I'm Jonathan. I'm a down-to-earth, easygoing guy. Beyond that, I'm also a therapist. I often find myself working well with those hoping to get more out of life, whether that involves building confidence, developing good relationships, creating positive habits, understanding your identities, or adjusting to new life circumstances. I'll listen without judgment to really understand you, but also gently push you to be the best version of yourself. After all, we're here to solve problems and find solutions. While therapy can look a lot of different ways, I've found that transparency, humor, and consistency are a few of the key ingredients. Personally, I have felt how transformative therapy can be (despite my initial skepticism). My hope is to be able to offer that to others too. You can connect with me by phone, email, or my website to schedule a free consultation. Let's see if we're a good fit.

Longmont, CO

Hi, I'm Keiran (they/them). I serve individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, grief, shame, loneliness, trauma, and other emotional pain as well as individuals with marginalized identities including various gender identities and sexual orientations. Often, as intelligent people, we use our minds and our intellect to ease our struggles, but these difficult emotions have a bodily experience that is important to acknowledge and work with. My approach to therapy includes mindfulness, body awareness, somatic techniques, and an attachment theory lens. Understanding ourselves and our struggles via logic is a small piece of therapy. We can also get to know ourselves with a felt sense of our internal experiences, judgments, confidence, and other patterns by noticing how our mind and body interact. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. My role as a therapist is to offer you extra support, a welcoming space, a different perspective, and a new approach to your struggles as you move toward healing. I also believe a good fit is a crucial part of therapy, which is why I offer free, 20-minute initial consultations for possible clients.
