My approach to therapy is both collaborative and evidence-based in order to provide effective treatment to meet your goals. My practice focuses on a variety of mental health disorders including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), specific phobias, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), school refusal, social anxiety, and body dysmorphic disorder. I will work together with you to overcome the challenges that you are experiencing and to improve the parts of your life that are important to you.
Throughout my career, I have focused on evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to address a range of mental health disorders. I received specialized training in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.
