I understand the challenges and excitement that come with finding a therapist that you feel you can "click" with, as this is YOUR journey, and you deserve to feel comfortable, heard, and validated during your therapeutic process with a provider that is attentive, present, and engaged. I value the therapeutic process as the therapist, and understand the time and energy it takes as the client (you) to be vulnerable, honest, and trusting. I am a safe-space for you to begin this healing journey.
As a therapist, my main goal is to meet you where you are at in your healing journey. We will explore your insight into your personal morals and values that keep you grounded and motivated as a person, as well as discuss and explore any discrepancies you may be currently facing that may be testing your personal strength, and causing any self-doubt.
