Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in the Watertown, NY area, though I can see any clients in NYS as I primarily conduct therapy through a secure telehealth platform. I have many years experience working with teens and young adults. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space for anyone to be able to discuss and explore stressors related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, school issues, and other life adjustments. I utilize a client-centered and trauma-focused approach to provide psychotherapy, including using skills of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Starting the therapeutic process can be overwhelming but I commend you in taking your first step forward in this journey. I will strive to create a warm, comfortable, and validating space for each therapy appointment together.
