Spirit Clinic
My name is Cristal Sampson. I am the sole owner and healthcare provider at Spirit Clinic.
A great way to describe what it’s like to work with me is through a term I’ve coined: mindful medication management. Mindful med management is an approach to psychiatric care that is attentive to the unique needs and concerns of each individual. It’s a collaborative process, where we work together to ensure that treatment decisions are made with your input and full understanding. At its core, this approach is relational, focusing on building trust and fostering open communication, so you feel supported every step of the way. It's also deeply considerate, acknowledging and respecting your personal experiences and preferences when it comes to treatment. Taking a holistic view, it goes beyond just addressing symptoms—encompassing your overall well-being, including emotional, physical, and social factors. Most importantly, it’s patient-led, meaning that you guide the process, and I’m here to help you find the best path toward better health, on your terms.
