Samantha Borgida
You're out on your own and somehow now expected to juggle classes, deadlines, social plans you don’t even have the energy for, and the constant pressure to ‘be better.’ Maybe you’re asking yourself: Am I falling behind? Am I doing enough? Why does this feel so much harder for me than everyone else?
I work with ambitious students and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, trauma, and life transitions - like starting college, moving out of the dorms or from college to career, adjusting to grad school, shifting friendships, or figuring out what adulthood is even supposed to look like.
In therapy, we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that actually work in real life. You don’t have to be falling apart to get support. If you look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you’re overthinking, panicking, or numb to it all, I get it. Together, we’ll find your middle ground where you can grow, slow down without losing your flow, and align your actions with your goals and values.
