Welcome! I'm a New York-based psychotherapist specializing in diverse therapeutic modalities. I received my Master's in Social Work from Hunter College of Social Work and was awarded The Clark Foundation Fellowship from Baruch College.

I have worked with both college and graduate students and love supporting young adults during these years in their lives, a transformative period that is often filled with both opportunities and challenges.

I have worked with students who present with anxiety, depression, academic stress, and relationship concerns. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and a strengths-based perspective, always aiming to empower students to take control of their mental health and personal growth.

Together, we will work toward building resilience, improving mental health, and fostering personal growth during this important stage of your life.
