Using tools from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches, I bring my warmth, compassion, and curiosity into our collaborative work to help support your unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and have worked in school-based and healthcare settings. My clinical work focuses on clients working through depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal and relationship conflict, and trauma-based challenges. Prior to pursing my MSW, I worked in the fashion industry doing public relations for various brands.
