Therapy with Ray

Hello! My name is Ray (they/them) and I offer telehealth and in-person therapy for individuals (generally ages 12 and up) and relationships. As a late in life trans, queer, and neurodivergent human, I understand some of the struggles you may be facing. I know how challenging it can be and I believe this moment holds the potential for incredible transformation. I'd be honored to support you as we explore your challenges and fears together, helping you move toward a place of joy and empowerment. Sometimes, when we’re unsure of the path ahead, we’re given the chance to redefine the one we’re on or create something new altogether.

I believe that every person I work with teaches me how to be the best therapist for them. At the same time, I’ve dedicated years to building skills that can support our work together. I have advanced training in hypnotherapy for trauma healing and bring a unique, liberation-focused, and identity-affirming perspective to my practice.
