As a therapist, I journey alongside my clients, offering a skilled presence and deep listening. My work is rooted in curiosity, the wisdom of the body, and empathy, with a person-centered approach that honors my clients as the expert of their own life.

My therapeutic approach is eclectic and systemic, recognizing that the various settings we inhabit, ranging from early childhood relationships to present-day-life, profoundly shape us. I provide a space where clients can explore these dynamics with compassion and care, gaining insight and releasing what no longer serves them.

I utilize an array of modalities and interventions, including psychodynamic therapy, somatic integration, mindfulness, attachment, parts work, and trauma interventions. I work with clients navigating anxiety, hyper-sensitivity, relational dynamics, self-esteem, identity exploration, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma.

I welcome clients of all identities and am an affirming of neurodivergence. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for discovery and healing, understanding that the process can be challenging, but the rewards are transformative.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, and my Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Dance from The Ohio State University. I believe that integrating creative expression into therapy can facilitate impactful healing. Central to my work is a commitment to building meaningful connections with others and the world around me.

My previous experience as a Hospice Social Worker provided the opportunity to support patients at end of life, which deepened my understanding of grief, loss, and the death and dying process. Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a home health medical social worker, partnering with Older Adults, family members, and care team members to provide social emotional support and resource navigation to a diverse range of communities.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy connecting with nature, dance, animals, my two dogs, other cultures, and the many loved ones in my life. I moved to Colorado in 2016 from Berlin, Germany, and I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio.
