There's so much about life that can’t be controlled, but none of us need to go through it alone. In my practice, I work with WA and OR teens and adults (14+) as they start their therapy journey. With teens, issues we may navigate are the challenges of high school, identity, finding independence, and the transition into young adulthood. With adults, I am often navigating topics such as loneliness, finding community, life transitions, anxiety, and trauma.

My ideal clients are often looking to break out of stuck patterns, trying to understand trauma's physical and mental impacts, and working to align their daily actions with their core values. I firmly believe that community is foundational to healing, and together I hope we can work toward building meaningful relationships with your community and yourself.
