Philadelphia Men's Therapy
I support men navigating concerns such as low mood, stress, anxiety, significant life transitions, and establishing work-life balance. I also specialize in sex therapy, and help clients with exploring identity, dating challenges, sexual difficulties, and relationship dynamics.
I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for clients to discuss what’s most important to them. In addition to processing and unpacking relevant issues that clients might be facing, I also assist them in developing a toolbox of coping strategies to help them build the life they want to be living.
I am an LCSW and graduate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. I have years of experience working as a therapist in various settings, facilitating individual and group therapy. My style is warm and collaborative, with an approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, with a strong emphasis on developing and enhancing coping strategies.
