I am dedicated to helping adults (expatriates, immigrants, and intercultural people) who are going through challenging situations. I specialize in the management of anxiety and depression caused by relocation, life transitions, cross-cultural adjustment, relational problems, interpersonal conflicts, past traumas, and unresolved grief. As a native Spanish speaker, I create a safe environment for minorities and people of various cultural backgrounds. Our work together will allow for the discovery of internal strengths, the development of coping skills, and an overall improved quality of life.

Me especializo en el manejo de la ansiedad y la depresión causadas por reubicación, transiciones de vida, adaptación intercultural, problemas relacionales, conflictos interpersonales, traumas pasados ​​y duelos no resueltos. Como hablante nativa de español, creo un ambiente seguro para minorías y personas de diversos orígenes culturales.
