Noah Wang, MHC-I
Are you waking up already tired, dreading another video meeting, wondering how work that once excited you became so draining? Friends think you’re doing great, yet inside you feel pressure to keep advancing and wonder what it’s all for. Relationships can feel just as complicated, especially when desire clashes with your values or what you “should” want. You may feel lonely even around people. You’re good at thinking logically, but thinking harder hasn’t helped; it keeps you stuck. You want relief, clarity, and a steadier sense of self in work and relationships.
I help you step out of overthinking, self-criticism, overwhelm, and repeating relationship loops. We’ll pause when you’d normally push harder, notice thoughts, emotions, and body cues, and make room for a different response. We’ll connect patterns to past experiences, clarify your values, and hold values and feelings without shame so choices feel aligned.
If you’ve tried self-help or even AI to “figure it out” and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. Therapy is different: a real relationship where you don’t have to carry the hidden parts by yourself, and support can go deeper than insight alone. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe and honest. If this resonates, reach out to schedule a first session.
