Natalia Jaramillo

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, MSW
Accepting clients Last Updated Today

Hi! I’m Natalia, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), providing therapy to clients in Washington, Oregon, and Florida. I work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and the pressure of trying to balance everything at once.

Therapy can be a space to better understand yourself, build healthier coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in everyday life. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical, using ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR based on your individual needs.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to understand yourself better, I’d be happy to support you.
