Me, Myself & Mind
I help individuals who are in the thick of change, whether it be breakups or life/career shifts that might have you wondering "what's next?" My style is warm, practical, and rooted in feminist thinking. We'll set clear goals, notice patterns, and build skills that work for you and your life. We'll keep what works and leave what doesn't to support you as you shift into whatever comes next.
I draw on a variety of evidence-based interventions to tailor my approach to each client's individual needs. I welcome feedback on what's working and what isn't to ensure you're getting exactly what you need from therapy.
If you're looking for straight-talk therapy that respects your time and energy, let's talk!
