We are a small practice of a few clinicians who provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient counseling for individuals navigating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and life transitions both in person and on telehealth. We specialize in approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic practices, helping clients process difficult experiences, regulate emotions, and reduce the weight of worry or depression.
