Live Your Truth Counseling is a therapy practice located in New Paltz, NY that offers virtual and in-person counseling to adults, couples, teens, kids, families, and other relationship partners. Our team of open-minded and open-hearted therapists are excited and ready to join you on your journey toward your most authentic you. We embrace diversity of all kinds and are skilled and experienced in working with all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles (monogamy, polyamory, consensual non-monogamy, etc.). Our therapists hold various specialties, such as working with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, etc.), and Play Therapy. All of our therapists offer a free phone consultation before scheduling an appointment.
