Lexy Spreeman
I have worked with individuals with a wide range of ages - from adolescents to older adults, individuals involved in school and/or high stress jobs, and survivors of childhood, relationship, and experienced trauma. I firmly believe that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space, so I tailor my approach to what works and feels right for my client. This is a collaborative effort, and I will work with you on developing goals that will best suit your needs.
I am a licensed mental health provider in both Massachusetts and Virginia. I belileve that therapy should be a comfortable and safe space. Every client is different and I take this into account when tailoring my approach. I utilize strength based approaches such as CBT, ACT, trauma informed care, DBT, and EFT to drive healing, growth, and understanding.
I believe in meeting a client where they are at. Wherever that is, let's get started! I look forward to hearing from you. You can book with me via my website!
