At Leek Therapy, LLC, we believe that we all have a "True Compass" which represents our moral values, intuition, inner guidance, and our true authentic selves. We operate in relation to our true compass as it provides centeredness, and informs us how to navigate life’s challenges. When we feel off-course, our compass needle will reorient and guide us back to our true selves. We can head east then west, accepting help from others along the way, and use our true compass to guide our journey to our ultimate destination.
We provide therapeutic support for adults and adolescents who struggle with, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, identity development, relationship and family issues, life-stage transitions, career stressors, substance use and addiction, grief and loss, and stressors related to trauma. We believe in identifying and utilizing strengths to help achieve goals and improved emotional health.
