I help students who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, academic stress, and life transitions. In our work, you won’t be judged or told to “just relax.” Instead, you’ll learn why your mind works the way it does, and how to break the patterns that keep you overwhelmed.
My approach is warm, practical, and deeply supportive. We’ll explore the root causes of your stress and build real tools to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life. Whether you’re dealing with social anxiety, relationship challenges, imposter syndrome, or feeling stuck about the future, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
