This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors

We provide acceptance, empathy, compassion and respect which helps others to feel safe and empowered in their journey towards self-acceptance, personal growth, and wellness. We use an integrative approach incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based strategies.
Melissa Wilson specializes in grief and health issues.
Aaron Starr specializes in trauma and addictions.
Lindsey Collett is trained in EMDR and specializes in young adults.
Katy Rader is trained in Holistic Mental Health, which incorporates nutrition, movement, sleep and other natural methods to address mental health symptoms.
