I work best with college students and young adults who may look like they’re managing things well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or down on the inside. You might be struggling with academic pressure, relationships, confidence, adjusting to change, or figuring out what you want for yourself.
Many of the students I work with are hard on themselves and feel pressure to have everything figured out. I enjoy helping students better understand what they’re feeling, feel more confident in themselves, and find healthier ways to handle stress and the challenges of college life.
