I also specialize in working with ex-pats and the struggles associated with living abroad. I work from a holistic standpoint and implement mindfulness and wellness techniques into my work with clients. I have an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy and work to find the most successful strategy based on the clients unique set of plans, goals and experiences.
