Jacob Szulak
Navigating through life can be incredibly challenging! I work with adults, young adults, and teenagers to implement desired change in their lives. I offer clients a comfortable, safe and supportive place to address their concerns in order to be able to heal and grow. My unique professional background, which includes working in athletic and academic settings, has helped prepare me to work with a wide variety of clients.
I take a flexible approach that is client-focused, with an emphasis on supporting my clients to create the desired change in their lives. With a background in exercise science and nutrition, I believe in taking a holistic approach towards treatment. I utilize a variety of different methods to best support my clients.
Seeking therapy can be a challenging first step, but it can also be the most important step towards healing and growth. I look forward to connecting with you and discussing how we can collaboratively achieve your treatment goals.
