I will work with you collaboratively to develop a plan for your success based on your specific goals. Often, this plan includes enhancing knowledge, increasing self-awareness, and learning new skills. I offer an integration of therapeutic approaches, including relational (focusing on interpersonal interactions), mindfulness (emphasizing awareness and attention to one's experience), and cognitive-behavioral techniques (focusing on the impact of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors).
I work to help individuals managing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stressors. In addition, I have specialized training & experience in helping people heal from trauma. I have training and experience working with couples looking to improve connection and overcome difficulties in healthier manners.
