Dr. Rhyner is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist and owner of Flower City Psychology PLLC. She served as an outpatient neuropsychologist for the Rochester/Canandaigua VAMC for the past 7 years, working with Veterans with complex medical and mental health conditions prior to starting her private practice. She provides comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessments for a wide range of adult conditions including ADHD, learning disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other neurological and psychological conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD and more. She is committed to offering a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals from all types of diverse backgrounds.
