We will work together to develop understanding around patterns and learn concrete tools to help you tolerate distress, manage your emotions, and communicate more effectively.

We believe in the power of relationships to be a source for healing. The therapeutic relationship is one of the greatest tools we have in counseling. That’s why it’s so important you actually connect. As a therapist, we learned the value of bringing our authentic self into the room, to help create a collaborative and non-judgemental space for clients.
