Our Mission

Our team of psychotherapists can help your patients learn to see more deeply within, and thus gain the ability to perceive the outside world with enhanced clarity.

The mission at Namaste Holistic Counseling is to help clients pave the right path treating the causes not just the symptoms.

Our Clinicians will assemble the right treatment plan so that we can look beyond just your symptoms and address the root causes. We want to see our patients live the most fulfilled lives and broaden treatment options beyond medication management.

Namaste Holistic Counseling, which takes an integrative approach to treating psychiatric disorders, emotional, behavioral and addiction issues. We use both conventional and integrative therapies that complement the healing process. Therapy is personalized to suit each person’s needs and lifestyle.

rystal Longanecker holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Pennsylvania and Virginia. She has experience in working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents as well as leading different groups including DBT skills and process groups. She has clinical experience with in home wraparound services as well as outpatient services for mental health, relationships, and substance abuse. Crystal is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and has been trained in both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT) and Keystone Crisis Intervention Training (KCIT).

Crystal utilizes evidence-based approaches to help clients to achieve their goals. She describes her style of therapy as being systemic, strength based, and client focused. She believes that people all face hardships and challenges in their lives, and at times feel ill-equipped to manage them. She truly understands the importance of maintaining healthy and balanced relationships and provides a compassionate environment to promote empowerment, growth and healing.

Her experience allows her to focus on a variety of clinical needs including trauma, substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, adjustment issues, grief and loss, sexual abuse, attachment issues, and challenges surrounding sexual identity.

In addition to the rewarding work that she does with her clients, Crystal is a busy wife and mom of three who is also actively involved in her community.
