Colorful Mind Psychotherapy is a compassionate team of licensed psychotherapists with years of experience serving Asian American communities. Many of us share lived experiences of immigration, bicultural identity, intergenerational conflicts, overt racism, and microaggressions. These experiences deeply inform our work and strengthen our commitment to supporting the emotional, cultural, and systemic challenges that members of the Asian community often face. Our practice offers tailored therapy for children, families, and adults. Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed care that honors the diverse cultural and personal backgrounds of each client.
