I believe therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather a personalized path to finding what works best for each individual. We’ll work together, and maybe even have some fun along the way.

In getting to know each other, we will explore your values and goals and use strengths-based therapy, solution focused brief therapy, CBT, ACT and other approaches to best meet your needs. We will identify themes and thought patterns that impact your everyday life, and together we will explore techniques that work for you.

I’m here to help with anxiety, depression, college transitions, perimenopause, grief and other challenges. I genuinely care about helping people and work with strengths-based and solution-focused approaches. We’ll build a therapeutic relationship based on mutual respect.
