- Pre-Licensed Professionals
Life can be a lot of things; this is my primary orientation. I am meticulous when it comes to perspective, and how to integrate it and establish meaningful personal narratives around life experiences. I feel that at times it’s important to not have a goal in mind and to not have an agenda slated, because being with things as they are can be incredibly healing for the heart. Life lessons feel like code sometimes; I find ways to decode confusion through healthy, safe, personal exploration and knows how to help clients bridge these types of gaps in their own so quality of life connections can be made. For me, therapy is the ground work for freedom from current struggles.
I recognize that fluctuating emotions and messy thought processes are not always ideal. These stressors can often come up at some pretty tough times, too. However when slowed down enough these challenges can unlock insightful qualities that lead to enduring personal growth. My professional approach to client relationship is through authentic support and warmth. M approach to therapy is to improve self-mastery, personal vision, and to aspire folks with a restful place to just be.
In addition to my academic education, I am trained in a variety of psychological treatment methods for working with specific mental health challenges such as, trauma, trauma processing, PTSD, anxiety, BPD, depression, and mood dysregulation. She makes space for her clients to explore evidence-based treatment forms that she has holds these certificates in: MI, CBT-I, Group SFBT, & SFBT. She motivates her clients to recognize what is valuable for them and how to make personal choices that align these forms. Her clinical education provides her clients fresh perspective and Mindsight.
